PASCHA Organic Dark Chocolate Baking Chips - 100% Cacao, Unsweetened - 8.75 ounces- 2 Packs

These are spectacular! I have always refused to eat artificial sweeteners, and I quit eating sugar years ago. As a result, my taste buds have adjusted such that food with sugar in it actually tastes bad to me now--and foods I had previously found too bitter--like 100% cacao chocolate--now taste good. I found I could still enjoy chocolate by eating 100% cacao bakers chocolate, but having to break off pieces from a large bar was inconvenient. These 100% cacao chocolate chips solve that problem and taste every bit as good. They taste like bittersweet chocolate used to taste to me back in the days when I ate milk chocolate with sugar in it.

I was so excited to make chocolate chip cookies with the chocolate chips I ordered, until I received them. Yuck. Melted and powder coated. Nasty. This is not what I ordered. The photo says it all. The temps are low right now so there is no reason they should have melted while sitting on my steps for the few minutes they were there. There was no cooling for them in the package at all. No idea if they melted in storage or in shipping, but this is unacceptable. Will not order these again and I recommend you find another product to buy as well.

Arrived completely melted in one clump! It was not mailed refrigerated as noted in the product notes and not eligible to return.

Just like chocolate chips but no sugar! Great for Keto diets. They melt really well if you want to use them as baking chocolate. Some people complained about the chips coming melted. Mine came just fine. I don’t think you can blame the chips themselves for melting. If you ordered any brand of chocolate during hot weather, it’s probably going to melt!

I have a very strict dietary regimen. I am also a dark chocolate fanatic. This product was suggested to me by Jennifer Esposito in one of her online cooking classes. Its dark chocolate that is unsweetened So if you are going to use this in any of your baking, make sure you are aware of that, it is bitter because hey its the real thing. Its GREAT in my Keto Hot chocolate, it is also fantastic in banana -coconut cookies that I make. You can use it in making fudge... etc. :D

I needed chocolate without any sweeteners, and this one delivers. I've had better quality, but I enjoy these. I don't think I'll buy them from Amazon again as they're really expensive!

These caught my eye because I'm Keto so I naively thought these were a godsend - they were shockingly bitter at first but now I’ve adjusted to them and they’re great for satisfying chocolate cravings, especially melted with some coconut oil and peanut butter! Keto-friendly and I recommend them!!
