Made these during October and had delicious pizza rolls, the quality is amazing and worth the value , it’s scratch resistance, the baking capacity & heat distribution is great.

I ordered this pan because it seemed like a fun way to create some Halloween-themed treats. The pan arrives packaged solely with a cardboard band around it, but no scratches were seen on the one sent to me. On the inside of the cardboard band are instructions for proper care of the pan and a recipe for some chocolate spicy cakelets. The instructions say to handwash only. The pan is advertised as nonstick, but the instructions clearly specify to coat it with shortening, oil, or butter along with a dusting of flour prior to baking to prevent sticking. I used the included recipe to make some skull cakelets. It is very difficult to coat the interior with shortening and get it into all of the tiny cracks and crevices of the skull shape. Next time I will definitely use a brush and paint the inside with either melted butter or some oil. After baking, though, the cakelets popped right out and had very well-defined skull features on them. I was so happy with how they came out that I bought a second pan so I could make 12 skulls at a time in the future. Clean up is a challenge as it’s difficult to get small crevices of the mold clean. It’s made more difficult by having to hand wash the pan. It’s expensive, but I highly recommend this Nordic Ware skull pan. It has heavy duty construction, so with proper care I expect it to last for very many years. You can probably find cheaper, similar pans, but I doubt they will have the quality of construction and skull sculpture that this pan has. I try to write informative product reviews. Glad I opted for a higher quality pan for my holiday baking. I did multiple set of pizza bombs and brownies and every single one turned out perfectly! Much better than I was expecting!

We've used this a couple of times in just the first week and everything has turned out great - chocolate cake, white cake, and we even used it to mold a pimento cheese ball too! It's easy to cleanup, durable, and worth every penny. Al of our party guests loved the cakes - we'll surely be using this pan for years to come.

This is sick! Now everything I bake is skull shaped. Pizza skulls and cherry pie skulls are the best!
