No but you can buy the plastic bags on a roll and refill the plastic bag holders

How many nappies per cartridge? Where do you dispose of them?

About 20 nappies depending on the size of the nappy. Contact your County Council it may be disposed in General waste or they may collect separately. Helps to prevent smells.

Could I use this for putting dog poop bags in?

I have one of these and I have had it a few years now, and I use it for dog and cat poo bags I pick there poo up in a nappy bag then put it in the nappy bin. Why has someone answered No
