I have been using Christopher’s producys for a few years. When my hands and arms began tingling and getting numb during the night i was excited to see the blood circulation supplement. It has helped tremendously! It does take about a month or so to really get in your system but now, after 6 months i of consistent use they rarely fall asleep anymore. I take 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. I can tell a big difference if i skip a dose. Consistency is key!

I've had poor circulation since childhood. When I started working outside everyday in the winter- even during ice and snow storms- it was bad! First five minutes of being outside in the snow at 5am would cause my feet to go from numb to being two chunks of meat my leg bones stepped on. My hands would get it pretty bad too. This would happen regardless of how much thermal wear and boots/gloves and hand/foot warmers I would use. I've tried Dr. Christopher's formulas in the past and decided to try this to see if it made any difference. Even though I didn't "feel" different after taking the pills, I noticed a stark contrast on the days I remembered to take the pills vs when I did not: -My extremities were fully functional and weren't just "lumps of weight" at the ends of my limbs. -Overall the cold didn't affect me so strongly. My tolerance was far better and I felt normal despite the weather. Placebo effect has never worked on me, neither hypnotism or even most medicines because my body just voids it like it were air. Because of that, when I find something that actually works- I give it two thumbs up! This formula deserves it! **NOTE OF WARNING: even though this medicine is natural, you should still consult your own health practitioner FIRST. It still affects your body and may not blend with your current medication. Even if you don't take medication, you may waste money on a product that isn't the actual product you need. (I.e. you think you need circulation medicine when you really need heart toner.) A health practitioner will guide you to the correct product. Also, though these medicines are natural, they are still powerful on the body and you may take too much/not enough to work properly.

I decided to try this for the winter here in New England was getting to my legs quite a bit. That is, they were getting cold and requiring a little more care and feeding. I decided to try this to help the circulation, but it really didn't seem to help at all. I stopped short of giving it one or two stars for at my age it very well may be that I need something a little more potent to help. But it still was disappointing nonetheless. In may very well help with your own circulation, but for me it was just a bust...PS: For those of you that may want to take this for your blood pressure, it was ineffective foe me in that sense as well. I took it for 3 straight weeks and there was no difference. This was of no real matter to me however since I am on a natural regimen for my high BP that is working very well. Just thought you should all know that is what not effective as far as my BP was concerned as well...
