The product came with its buttons missing before even unboxing and using so had to use a small stick to turn it off and on. It's rather noisy, the smell of plastic floats around when in use. It just didn't seem very well put together. Poor performance from the fan too and it doesn't keep you cool if that's what you're looking for.

Very bad product and very expensive. Please don’t buy it! It doesn’t work. Mine it’s not even charging and and looks very poor quality. I issued a return straight away, I hope I will get the money back.

It was great for the first week of having it, no problems at all and works well as a cooling unit. But then after a short while, the water that was being sprayed out on humidity mode started to smell like sweat and the fabric paper stuff inside the unit that absorbs the water from the tank started growing some black mould. To top it all off, pulling the micro USB cable out of the unit ripped off the USB port from its circuit board. I sent it back within a month.

Arrived earlier . And then put it to the test . Very pleased with it. Easy to operate. Needs a power bank if you decide to take it outside. The coolers LED lights gives a gentle touch when the room is dark if you choose to let it ON.Using very cold water in the tank provided, helps a lot with the cooling. But make no mistake there is no filter recycling the air from your room as has been suggested by the pictures.

Fan broke down after 20 mins and refuses to work. Get what you pay for with "made in china"

EDIT: The internal part of the USB input has come loose and consequently the unit will no longer power on.I have only been using it for about a week.There are 3 fan power settings and the first two make a rattling sound that renders those settings unusable. The 3rd most powerful setting though, while clearly audible, is entirely acceptable sounding like you might expect a fan to sound. You would probably want to use this setting anyway.The unit is nicely compact. It has a good pop out handle which is very handy as the unit is too wide to be carried comfortably by one hand.If used close to you it does blow a nice cool spray of water. The amount of water will not get you wet. It works best on bare skin as you may expect.The water filling flap does not allow large ice cubes in, but cold water from the tap is warm enough to melt mine to size. The reservoir holds about 2 hours worth of max fannage (it seems to me, I have not timed it).

Utter piece of crap. I bought one and it went off and didn't come back on and it begun to burn the fan and had a horrible burnt plastic smell so I send it back and get another one, and yet the same thing happened, used it for 20 minutes and it went off and didn't come back on at all. It looks very nice and the quality is nice but the technology inside is terrible and actually very dangerous as it's mixed with water.

The fan on this cooler sounds like an old PC fan trying to take off, and whilst the cooling is adequate, I feel like money would be better spent elsewhere
