I was looking for a present for my nephew who is really into pirates and looking for treasure right now. I look for a lot of different things and found this one to buy. The first picture showed called coins I read the description it didn’t say anything about not coming with any. After receiving the package I was disappointed it didn’t have any gold coins, not a huge deal I suppose overall an error on my part. The product gets the job done they look Pretty cool and have enough room to store different things in them Even small action figures or Army man, about as wide as a Kennedy half dollar. Didn’t have enough time to purchase gold coins as well by the time I got them before my nephews birthday, not a huge deal I just wish the description was a little bit more clear. Overall good product not a bad price I would purchase again

I am not sure why I was expecting metal, I obviously skipped over some details, (reading so many product descriptions i must have thought i read it and didn't) but my daughter was very happy with these. They held up well worth several times opening and closing. They clicked shut and stayed shut. Pretty sturdy for a little plastic chest. I like how they are painted to look metal and not plastic. Totally worth the price.We did a dragon egg hunt with a little area of treasure chests for each child. An egg hunt in September was a little unconventional but they all loved it. We put treasure in the chests. Fun metal coins with dragons on them and small stones of crystal. Little crystals and tiny dragon figurines in the eggs.

We filled these with fake jewels and coins as party favors at my daughter's birthday party. They were adorable and a big hit with the kids! The only problem was how difficult they are to open once closed. You really have to dig your nail up between the latch, and having to do that for a ton of kids was not finger-friendly. Lol

They are plastic treasure chests, a little tricky for small hands to open and just try not to break the little snaps thad help the chest stay closed. They were perfect for a kids treasure hunt!

Used the for a sand dig for a pirate themed party and they held up in the same but some would not close.

Cute little treasure chests. I like that they open but the treasure had to be very small. Perfect for our staycation treasure hunt in the sand on our home beach.

Great for the price, after about 2 months the paint on the coins started to chip off. But it’s good for the price. Cheap for decorations, toys.

I filled these with shark teeth, shells, candy, and money. The kids enjoyed the treasure chest filled with surprises.
