Experienced immediate results!
I have only enthusiastic praise for this recumbent bike --- well made, and of great quality as well as easy to assemble from the enclosed well-written instructions and clear artistic drawings (my husband thanks you Teeter!!). The bike makes this 76 year old feel "almost young again!!!" It is so quiet and my activity on the bike actually feels effortless. I had been using a treadmill and not getting adequate results for my arms and core. This bike is exactly what I was looking for in terms of "total body" exercise and for the ease of motion and physical exertion. Believe me, I could tell the difference in my muscle tone and energy level for the first time after exercising for only 30-35 minutes and that was without subsequent soreness or pain. I might add that this bike has adjustments that will benefit anyone of any age and satisfactorily allow the user to achieve his or her level of conditioning.

Works as advertised. Very good quality.
Easy on the body. You think it isn’t doing enough but you feel it when you get off. Great for bad knees. You can make it as easy as you want or as hard as you want. I love it. The only con is it does take up some space. But worth it for your health. Very sturdy. If your partner follows the direction it is not bad to assemble. ( mine doesn’t)

Kinda pricey
I've been looking at this for a long time..the price kept me at bay, but the reviews are really good and Im having my second knee surgery and felt I needed this to help with my recovery time..it was fairly easy for my daughter and I to put together..it's really smooth and quiet, really sturdy..it seems to work well but I haven't determined if the cost was justified ..time will tell

An excellent machine.
Very little indeed to complain about with this product. Very solid throughout, with excellent assembly instructions. Yes, as many noted, some of the screws are difficult to thread correctly at first. Operation is as advertised; changing settings for different sized family members is quick and simple. By contrast the shipping, though fast, gave the impression that the box had fallen from more than one truck in its journey: compression bands all gone, edge tape badly frayed here and there, and some dents in the heavy cardboard. All's well that ends well! ADDENDUM: after a couple of months and many hours on the machine, I can say that it works well for me as a whole body exerciser. As a set of muscles gets tired, another set seems to fill in almost automatically. None of the major muscles are overworked; all get some work, with the partial exception of the legs in the front, as there are no cleats or straps to slip one's feet into and pull up with. Nevertheless I get a good overall workout. A very minor annoyance was a squeak in the arm bars which was easily fixed with some oil spray; now it is totally silent. Bottom line - I'm using it regularly, with no danger of injuring my ancient stiff joints.

Worth every penny
I was in Physical Therapy for six weeks for sciatica. I wanted to get my steps in, but I couldn’t walk for very long because of the pain issue due to the pinched nerve. This has been wonderful. I can get in my steps without any pressure on my lower back. I got the $850 version, I’m 4 feet 10, 116 pounds. I love it and it does the trick. It’s a quality piece of equipment and a great value for the money. It was fairly easy to assemble and only took about four hours. I highly recommend this.

Best excersize equipment ever!
I bought this in 2020 almost 6 years ago and I still love it and it's still in great shape and going strong. I can't say enough about this machine. Whether you want hardcore excersize or smooth take is easy this machine will not let you down. Quiet as a mouse. Literally no noise. Easy on the joints. Best excersize equipment I have ever purchased. I had a treadmill but this wore on my knees. Like I said I can't say enough great about this. Zero buyers remorse. This works and performs the very same as a piece of gym equipment that costs thousands of dollars.

I love my Teeter!!
I love my Teeter! Breaking it out of the Delivery box was more challenging than the assembly. I put it together by myself. using the video instructions it was perfect. It’s a pretty solid workout machine, and I really like the ease of using it. I decided to put the benefit of walking after a meal to the test by using my Teeter for 20 to 30 minutes after each meal and to my surprise I truly believe I’m seeing results I couldn’t be happier. The price was perfect. it doesn’t take up too much space it was easy to put together. My only drawback was the seat was very hard and made it challenging for longer workouts, so I simply ordered the cushion seat which also came timely and it has changed everything. Well worth the price.

Decent. A bit underwhelming for the price
Nice machine if you are built right. The seat only really goes up or down. You can’t slide it back unless you raise it up. No matter what I do I can not get my arms to extend. I have the handles as low as they go. If I raise the seat too high then my feet are too low on the petals or can’t reach. So either I adjust the feet and my arms don’t extend or I sit super high, my arms extend and my feet don’t reach. I could adjust the seat to lean back and that will make my arms extend. But I want to sit up while I’m petaling. Also, what the point of the blue tooth unless you buy a heart rate monitor? For the cost of the machine I would expect that to be built into the handles. The console really only controls the programs. Not even a built in fan. It’s a good low impact workout but for what it is, it’s kinda overpriced. Seat is comfortable enough. Nice and big. Tension is fine. If your 5”8 expect some issues figuring out your seat/arms/leg positions. Returning would be a hassle and I do like the programs. Just keep these things in mind before buying. My friend has the lt3 and it’s lower to the ground and adjustable. Just no programs and very basic screen.

I got my machine and my husband and a friend put it together in 2 hours. So I started using it 3 days ago. It is a very well made machine and strong. Right now my right foot is not up to par yet as at the end of April /24 I broke 3 major bones in my right foot, so in May/24 I had 2 foot surgeries to repair the broken bones. I still have pain with that foot. So I ordered foot extenders to stabilize my feet on the elliptical, which I think it should be provided with the elliptical machine. But over all the elliptical is smooth and very quiet. So far I am doing quite well with it.

Love this equipment . Easy to assemble . Very kind to the back. Quite. A bit bulky in size . But overall great for the price

The instructions on assembly are easy to follow -the bags of screws are labeled for each step. It will take about 2 hours to put together

We debated in the FreeStep for months and finally decided to buy it. We couldn't be happier! It's a great all over body workout and we feel so good after we've worked out. We've had other cardio machines and weren't happy with them, but we couldn't be happier with our FreeStep. We want to workout and we enjoy our workouts which is half the battle! Highly recommended!
