The London Book: Highlights of a Fascinating City Hardcover – October 8, 2015

I was thrilled when this book arrived. I had bought it for family members who were traveling to London for the first time, so they could acquaint themselves with the city's highlights. But this book is beyond what I had hoped for, given the very reasonable price. Every page is in gorgeous color and accompanied by just enough informative narrative to give needed context And in addition there are the many gatefolds that open up to show an even larger view. This book will help my family plan their trip and afterwards will be a wonderful souvenir of their visit. I highly recommend it--you won't be disappointed.

This book is amazing and has beautiful colorful pictures on every page. There are also fold out panoramic photos that are stunning! LOVE IT!

I just returned from a visit to London in the last six months and this is a great book that shows so many different areas and gives a really thorough view of the city, in my opinion. It is a nice, large, coffee table size book and it has lots of wonderful pictures, detailing so many great things about London. I have purchased many books about London, of this sort, and this is one of my favorites. It is very well made and some of the pages fold out to show larger photos. I was very impressed with the book and was pleased with the purchase.

Excellent coffee table book - very good pictures and good words as well. Good balance of historical stuff and current interest. We lived there 40 years ago and our most recent visit was two months ago - we purchased this book as a current and sentimental reminder of all we have seen/done there. Frankly, it's the best "London" book we've seen!Well done!
