The quality of the paper is very good. I might prefer loose paper over a notebook due to the thickness but I am not sure.

Quality writing paper with square guides to practice the Chinese Characters. Using with Pilot G2 gel pen and writing has been very smooth with no sign of bleed through between pages.

My son learns dual language English and Mandarin. They do give you work sheets but this is great because he gets to record all his work and we get to keep this forever. It’s a perfect size and it’s very nice and traditional looking

Whoa. It’s so big. I thought it would be a small lil book like the ones I had growing up back in 08’ but nah— this is a big boy. With a soft Matte cover and nicely spaced grids— perfect for character writing practice. I love this! For this price, many practice spaces too!
