I take two a day since the dosage is a bit smaller than my “big pills”… but given their tiny size I’m all in on these!Have used the brand for several supplements and have never been disappointed. Get blood levels checked for about 150 things through Function Health and the supplements I am taking are doing exactly what they are supposed to.

Great product !!!! No stomach discomfort at all and came fairly quick and packaged to fit in your mailbox . Bought to boost up my immune system to fight corona virus in case I would contract the virus. Well I did get the virus and of course no studies or rock hard evidence saying it definitely helps kill the virus or prevents from getting it butttttt I take it as my flu season regiment . Disclaimer ...Not a doctor and not giving any medical advice at all !!! All I can say is my personal experience through the yrs and I can say that when I contracted the virus , I had a little shortness in breath , a day or so of a runny nose , two days of a mid grade fever , and was just very tired for over a week but symptoms that are the concerning scarey ones to pay attention to didn’t last long at all , I recovered very fast . I always used zinc early during flu seasons and usually always only had mild symptoms if I got sick and rarely through the yrs did I get sick . Wish I could say for certain it helps but I can’t . Again it’s only my belief that it boosts ( MY ) immune system and helps improve recovery.

Taking Zinc was recommended to me by my brother (a pharmacist) to help in combating the virus. He read an article that said it along with several others helped in treating mild cases of the virus and could help if it was taken before getting the virus. He suggested several compounds of zinc that were available and I picked the Zinc Citrate as I also take Calcium Citrate which is more easily absorbed by the body than other forms of calcium. I thought the same thing would apply to Zinc Citrate. Since I only have been taking it for about 10 days, I can only comment on the ease of taking the small pill. I am satisfied with the product and hope the experts are correct in this. I am doing this in addition to all the other precautions (masks when out and social distancing, etc.).

Amazon keeps asking me to write a review. It’s Zinc. I thought that it would be good to take, especially in the wake of COVID-19. I’m hoping it’s really Zinc, and I have no reason to think it’s not, except Amazon asks me every time I open the app to write a review. How would I begin to evaluate zinc? It came in a nice white bottle. The capsules are white. They possess no detectable taste, and I truly hope it’s really zinc. Why would they keep asking? That alone makes me wonder. I’m seriously resisting reading the other zinc reviews- I’m not sure if I could stand the excitement.
