This is my family's favorite fish fry seasoning! It has just enough of a spice kick to it without being overpowering. And the jug is easy to use by pouring some seasoning out of it into a plastic bag along with my own homemade seasoning blend and yellow cornmeal.

This breading is very good, I use it to bread my fish, it's really good, my family loves it.

I've been gluten free for many years. I love fish but cannot eat at fish and chips places because they all dip the fish in wheat based batter that I cannot eat. When I got some fresh fish from my friend I decided to give this fish seasoning a try. It's pretty good. It's easy to use. I just put about a 1/4 inch of the seasoning in a pie tin, dip the fish in on both sides and fry it in coconut oil. It came out excellent. For me it would be better without the lemon flavoring. That's why only 4 stars. Since it's only my husband and me there's enough seasoning in this box to last many many years even if we eat fish every week. So you get alot for the money and I'll need to freeze the rest.

Exactly what I needed to satiate my craving for fried shrimp poboys. Less salty than the popular Slap Ya Mama, and while it isn't made in a dedicated gluten-free facility, this product contains no wheat products so it's safe for my intolerant husband to have. It's a massive size, but it's worth it in my opinion. Delivery was fast and tracked, which was extremely helpful. I'll definitely be purchasing again from this seller.
