Bidet ok, fitting total garbage
The bidet itself seems ok. It's only been installed for a few days (shipping took forever) but they seem to work ok. I'm a little worried if the plastic will hold up; time will tell. The fittings for the water connection however are utter garbage. I bought 2 of these and one's fittings are worse than the other, but both are really bad. They are made of very cheap thin flexible plastic with horrible tolerances that do not have any strength and do not hold. Just like a walmart brand plastic water bottle lid, the threads just skip and are weak, so cannot hold the moderate water pressure we have (60psi).Nothing had held up to prevent leaks from the garbage fittings. Shane on you for selling such junk.

So clean will always have one
Ordered in March but arrived in May. I imagine the delay was due to the covid 19 debacle. Installed easily and is currently functioning well. I do have concerns over possible leakage as time passes. I suspect the tubing will loosen with age and the water pressure. So I do recommend having this installed on toilets that are regularly used. Would not recommend for a spare or infrequently used bathroom.

Lasted more than 3 years
Finally failed, connections rotted out inside the controls.

Happy bum turned flood :(
Update: 7/24/20Having to lower the stars. I was VERY happy with this until the plastic connector connecting the bidet to the plastic splitter decided to completely pop off. I was outside watering the yard, had turned the water off but kept hearing rushing water which seemed to be under the house. I looked through the crawl space and there was water gushing onto the ground. I ran inside to see if something was leaking and found the bathroom and half the hall flooded. Needless to say, I was not happy and had a huge cleanup job to do. My worries about the plastic adapter materialized into a massive mess!! So, I have to say I can only recommend this bidet IF you can buy a different adapter. Frankly though, if I’d realized, I’d just have skipped this bidet all together and waited till I could find one with sound fittings. Now I’m faced with finding another adapter or a bidet with good firings. Exhausting!!My bidet just arrived a few days ago. It came wrapped in bubble wrap and in a plastic bag. Nothing was damage and all parts were included. It was about 4-5 days late after the original last expected date of arrival. I ordered it April 6, and was expected by June 17 at latest. This is a long ship time already, but I ordered at the beginning-ish of Covid when all the bidets were sold out and this was one of the very last options. Longer than normal shopping was the norm and the price was really reasonable, so I bought.I just put it all together and have attached a bunch of photos for reference. I confess I only perused lightly the instructions. It seemed quite self explanatory and I’ve done a few minor plumbing repairs before, so not a complete novice. I had thought the connector was supposed to be metal, but perhaps my memory was faulty. The plastic one seems to work just fine though. It isn’t leaking after set up and seems sturdy. You can see in the photos I couldn’t get it quite centered because my toilet is so close to the wall. When I tested it out though, the spray seems to go in the right places. It has a cleaning function. Turn the nozzle one way to spray straight down for nozzle cleaning and the other way sprays up for tooshie cleaning. All in all, assuming it holds up well over time, I am quite happy with this purchase and would recommend. Probably won’t be foregoing toilet paper altogether. I like a spotless dairy air. I must say though, it feels much fresher down below after a good rinse!!

Better Than Its Price May Suggest
I just finished installing one of these. It works fine, but I am not able to assess its durability because the supplied parts are not heavy duty. Instructions are minimal and give no clue as to what can be problem areas during installation. For example, the existing water supply hose to the tank may have to be replaced if it has been in place for a long time. In that case, make sure that the replacement you buy is for a toilet and not for a faucet. I had to make two trips to Lowes because I was not very careful. Also, instructions do not tell you what to do with the gaskets that are supplied. I would say the whole installation requires some prior experience. Not difficult but but not for the first-time DIY plumbing either. I had to work on leakage for a couple of days.Overall, I feel that this bidet is acceptable given its inexpensive price. I am just not confident about its durability.

Should have done this years ago.
Easy to install. Cold water in one spot is refreshing. Cleaner butt? Outstanding. Gentle too, more so than TP

Picture is not what you get!
The photo of this item showed metal hardware, one of the reasons I decided on this particular item. When arrived, Opened box and it was all plastic, and very flimsy at that. I just happened to have a plumber working in my kitchen, and luckily he just ran to the local hardware store and replaced hose and connections with metal sturdy ones. He connected it all for me and told me the ones supplied would not have lasted a month! Now that it is all set up, and with the confidence of my plumber I do in fact love this product.

Fitting is garbage
The plastic fitting would not tighten up on ANY of the attachment points, including the one to the plastic hose, which should have been perfect since they both came with the kit. And no, they did not strip when we tried to install them, they are just made poorly. I ordered a more expensive one that is highly rated (over 1700 reviews as opposed to the two that this one had when I bought it).
