Nice item, sturdy, keeps plugs and cables tidy.

So I needed a socket adapter with a lot of sockets for my office desk. I looked at a few and decided on this. It has 10 sockets and because they're angled at approximately 45 degrees, it means that it's unlikely that any large plugs will block the adjacent sockets. On mine only 1 does this (it's a huge power supply for my speakers). I'm very impressed and in vertical mode it works well.The product is also advertised as being able to operate in horizontal mode, which is what I initially thought I would use. Let me say this now, MasterPlug should be thoroughly ashamed of the design of this product. Whoever was working there that was responsible for the design, should be publicly named and at the very least, fired. As another reviewer mentioned, it's totally useless in horizontal mode. The only thing holding the whole thing together is gravity and luck. If the wind blows the whole thing will fall apart. It is a truly shocking piece of design and engineering.Having said that, this does actually get a 5* from me, it's perfect for what I wanted (only use it in vertical mode though). I didn't see many detailed reviews for this product, and none with a photo so hopefully this helps others make their choice.

Looks good have only used one side but hides all the plugs very easy to fit the base

This item from a reputable brand is solid. A neat and tidy vertical design. Sits well on the side of the computer table.

I know some reviews here mention issues with the stand, or toppling. I did find the 2 sections for the base needed to be carefully put together, but it wasn't something I felt was overly problematic. Once the base is on, as long as heavier plugs are at the bottom, (some cables for example have a heavy larger charge unit) then it sits more than steadily on the floor. I've had it on both carpet and solid flooring, and it seems fine on both. No obvious issues on working, at least as yet. Overall, I am more than happy with the purchase.

Good quality plug But when stood upright the stand blocks the bottom sockets.

The sockets are at an angle to the vertical/horizontal that makes it easier to plug in larger plugs that have transformers in them and the tower base can be disassembled to lay horizontally by splitting it and placing one part of it at each end. Excellent!

Does what it’s supposed to do. Bought off Amazon as is cheaper than Argos for the same one.
