Swanson Probiotics L. Plantarum - 2 Bottles Each of 30 Veggie Capsules

My wife was using the Jarrow Formulas version of this, sold under the name "Ideal Bowel Support," but it's just one strain, L. plantarum 299v, like this one. ...the difference is that the Jarrow version cured some long-time digestive issues in a matter of weeks, taking one capsule a day. This, she tried because it was half the price - figured even though it doesn't say the potency is guaranteed through the expiration date, well, if it takes twice as many, at least we break even. ...yeah, that was a losing bet. Even taking four a day, this was not working. Switched back to Jarrow Formulas Ideal Bowel Support and saw immediate improvement. Save your money and buy the better product.

Absolutely the only probiotic I can take.
