This is a pretty simple and nice facial cleaner to have. It arrived pretty quick for me. It has a a simple instructions that make using this very simple and easy. There are two attachments and a simple measuring cup to ensure you have enough water. There are two different settings just 1 and 2. After filling it up, (do NOT overfill as it could result in hot water spilling out) it takes about five minutes to get the water hot enough. I would recommend putting the attachment on before turning the device on. The minor complaint I have here is that the attachment is a bit easy to take off even with it properly locked in. That being said, I would highly recommend you do not pick this device up once it up and running. Also only handle this thing with gloves or a towel just to be safe. Again this is very basic facial cleanser so there are no fancy bells and whistles. Another thing to note is to not put your chin on the plastic at all because you may burn your face. I would recommend just keeping it an inch or two away. Also the best way for this to work is to just move your face side to side to get best coverage. It does a good job and my face feels pretty good. I would recommend that you wait for the device to cool before handling the water.Pro:1. Simple controls and easy setup2. My face steamer came this morning Yay! Super quick shipping, as I just ordered yesterday EVENING! Anyway, I was so excited to get it, I set it up immediately.. instructions simply say to put the water in and turn on... Just know that when you turn it on it takes about 5 minutes to heat up and start steaming. Also BE CAREFUL, the purple too pops off easily, even when on correctly.. I've already burnt my thumb pretty bad. :( also do NOT rest your chin on the chin rest, because you will burn your face.. I just held my face over it. Over all, I'd say for the price it's a great little addiction to my routine.

I like the way the steam helps to open up pores and moisturize my skin.

I like The machine but it’s a tad bit worrying. My second time using it brown water started spitting out . I guess The inside burned my first use somehow . Regardless if you pour water to the limit water shoots out and pops everywhere and it’s not fun or safe ! I like The tools and headband that came with it and when Working properly it seems fine but i fear it my over heat, catch fire or something in that nature

I really enjoyed the product! It was very simple to use and came with a lot of items which I enjoyed. Although this facial steamer didn’t have a temperature control, it did not get extremely hot and it maintained its heat.:) I would recommend especially with that price to other individuals since other facial steamers were a little price and I’m a student on a budget !:D

When I first bought it, it worked fine. Then within a few months it started spouting out burning hot water that would burn me and now it just doesn’t work at all. I would love a replacement or a refund.
