Makes the tastiest bread
The loaves I've made with this flour have been superb. I've made two small sourdough loaves with 50% this and 50% strong white. Also a fresh yeast loaf with just this flour. All amazing. Perhaps this is slightly on the more expensive side for home baking, but nothing else was available, and I'd say it was well worth the money.
