Good vitamin. The solution is deep red and has tiny little sediments in it so you have to mix it well every time. Nice dropper for delivery, nice taste and quite effective.

I haven't noticed any drastic mental and other changes yet (after taking it for 2 weeks), but maybe it works in a more subtle way. I feel good, maybe have a bit more energy, have mental clarity, are getting very good, restful sleep, but I'm taking CBD oil as well, so I can't tell if that's from CBD or B12. It might be both. I'm taking this as suggested: full dropper under the tongue, holding it for 20 seconds before swallowing. I like that this supplement has other B vitamins as well, as I'm sure they work best in synergy. My doctor said my B12 level in on a lower end of normal, so she suggested I take a supplement. Since I don't eat meat (I do eat fish and eggs, but not very often; I'm trying to eat them more frequently now), I'm hoping I can benefit from this supplement. Customer service from Salt Lake Supplement has been excellent. They followed up with me to make sure I got the product and am satisfied with it. I rarely come across such good, proactive customer care these days. Thank you!
