Great stuff. I have been using Unique for close to 20 years. I highly recommend. It neutralizes and eliminates the odor from pet accidents.

The product works great however it's just a bit too pricey

This product is THE ONE. Our cat goes through phases where she pees on basically everything, and we’d tried everything to both get her to stop going in the same place and to get rid of the seemingly ever-lasting smell. A few years ago, a friend suggested this one, and while I didn’t get my hopes up, it worked when several other products had not. It’s the only reason we were able to keep our couch, bath mats, and a large portion of my clothes. Yes, it has its own smell at first, which quickly fades, with a few hours or even an extra rinse in the washer. I’ve found it works best on fabrics that will be going through a washer. I both spray it on the fabrics directly (after diluting it, of course) and sometimes add some to the wash cycle when it’s bigger items (sheets, etc). I forget which clothes got peed on. The smell is completely gone, and I even feel like it’s helped get rid of MY smell and pit stains in older clothes. The carpet treatment works better than others, but is not perfect. I have a strong sense of smell, and I do feel like that ammonia smell is still noticeable up close. But I do and have recommended this brand to everyone going through a similar situation. I purchase it about once a year because I never know when I’ll need it. It has truly saved me thousands of dollars over the last 6 years, which I would have spent if I’d have to throw everything out.

My cats had started peeing on my carpets and nothing was able to remove the smell. Some even left a worse smell of its own. Unique Pet Odor and Stain remover is the only one that worked. It got the urine smell out and left a clean fresh scent. It has been over six months since I did the treatment as described on the bottle and the smell has not returned. The process takes patience: wet the area with diluted Unique product. Cover with hot damp towels and let it sit. I did this for days. Then I had to let everything dry or risk getting mold growing under the damp carpet. It took a couple of rounds of this. I called the company customer service to make sure I was doing this right. They were very helpful and took the time to help me understand how to make this a success. the result: the smell is gone! It was well worth the work. I have also used it on my son's backpacks or that the cats had gotten to. Per the directions, I put the liquid on the smelly area and then soaked the backpack in hot water for hours (I usually left it overnight). The next morning, I just gave the backpack a quick washing with laundry soap and let it air dry. No More Smell!!

I have been using this product for many years. It is excellent for getting rid of stains and odors if used as directed with a lot of water.

I've used several brands of enzyme-based pet-odor and stain cleaners. This one works as well as any other. I use it to refill my smaller spray bottles as they become empty. Now I have several spray bottles distributed throughout the house, for instant cleanup no matter where the next disaster occurs.

I liked the idea of bacteria (natural) cleaning or destroying cat's pee which is about one of the hardest things to get out of my carpet. First, I need to say that I have a cat that has some really bad annoying habits of not using the litter boxes and finding places like my bedroom carpet to pee. This is partly a bad habit of hers, I assume something she did all her life (I adopted her when she was older) so the habit was there. No matter how much you clean, she still goes and pees. I was anxious to try this hoping the smell would go away, using almost the entire bottle to clean out the smell and prevent her from continuing this bad habit. No luck, the carpet still smells like pee no matter how much I steam clean the carpet out. I am now going to try Anti-Icky poo. Sighhhhh!

Worked just as advertised. Prior to buying this item I watched a video showing how to use it I was sold. I bought it I used it it worked I will be telling everyone I know with animals that they need this product!
