Ubuntu is an open source operating system for computers. It is a Linux distribution based on the Debian architecture. It is usually run on personal computers, and is also popular on network servers. Ubuntu runs on the most popular architectures. Ubuntu is also available for tablets and smartphones. Ubuntu is built on Debian's architecture and infrastructure, and comprises Linux server, desktop and discontinued phone and tablet operating system versions. Ubuntu releases updated versions predictably every six months, and each release receives free support for nine months (eighteen months prior to 13.04) with security fixes, high-impact bug fixes and conservative, substantially beneficial low-risk bug fixes.

Nice shirts, seem of good quality, neat Logo designs
These t-shirts are quite nice; logo and images are sharp and distinct. Also price is fairly reasonable. It would be extremely nice is Canonical/Ubuntu receives some percentage of the profit because of the open nature of their code, perhaps this exists by purchasing rights to use their logo. They are a little on the small size. For example the large size that I purchased is a bit smaller the what you would normally expect, but is acceptable.Ubuntu is a Nguni Bantu term meaning "humanity". It is often translated as "I am because we are," or "humanity towards others", but is often used in a more philosophical sense to mean "the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity". (Wikipedia)Canonical, who developed the operating system, translates it as "humanity to others" or "I am what I am because of who we all are".Ubuntu is built on Debian's architecture and infrastructure, and comprises Linux server and desktop operating system versions. Ubuntu releases updated versions predictably every six months, and each release receives support and bug fixes until the scheduled end of life of the release. One may obtain a copy and install the operating system on most PC systems for free. If you have an old laptop/desktop running clunky Windows, give a Linux disto a try. I presently have multiple machines running on Linux OS, those specifically being Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu Mate and Linux Mint 19.1. These are excellent OS's and a variety of useful and stable software can be obtained free of charge, for example Office Suites.
