I ordered a few, not expecting to need spares. One was defective from the first order, and another was defective for my second order.I can only hope that the ones that were shipped working we'll continue working at least a year or two.I have never ordered products where each shipment included at least one defective unit before now. Not happy with quality control at all.That said, the units will charge at 18 Watts for compatible devices, and the stainless steel and silicon top looks nice for guests.There are not many embeddable 18 watt Qi chargers available, so I didn't have very many options when I ordered these.Hopefully they stay reliable enough for the next 6 months, and then I would consider ordering 4 more as spares.I bought them to embedded in a 12 ft long DJ desk at a radio station, for the DJs, and their guests.

SLOW. Could not get this to charge at full wattage. When paired with a certified 3.0 charger this still only charged at very slow speeds. Other qq3.0 power supplies also didn't help. Used the Ampere android app to measure power output. When charging with this product, the phone wouldn't go above 600ma, when placed on a certified qi charger my phone would charge at over 2200ma.

no measurement or cut out template provided with this unit. A sticker as a template would be helpful. Also, the unit doesn't come with a an outlet or adapter. You will have to provide your own power brick AND IT HAS TO BE 15 WATTS CAPABLE IF YOU WANT THE FULL CHARGE SPEED.

First one they sent did not work at all, but they promptly replaced it with a working unit. Great customer service
