These are very well made and will no doubt last for generations. The tops are easily leveled off for accuracy however as of now, I have no way to test them. I discarded a cheaper set since they measured short compared to my "Pyrex" measuring cups and these do as well. I would like to believe that these are indeed accurate especially since they are so expensive. For now, I'll assume so. If anyone has a way to test them, I would very much like to hear about it.

Hefty, stainless steel measuring cups - no plastic. These will last forever, nothing is going to wear off, unless I drag them behind the car.A bit heavy, but I think that is fine.

I was tired of "bendy" handles, so I ordered these...SCORE!
My wife and I both like to cook and bake and our old, flimsy measuring cups were driving us nuts.The set from Sur La Table have the measurements etched onto the handles and feel nice and sturdy, unlike others where the handles are welded or riveted on. These seem like they will last a lifetime as long as neither of us accidentally drops one in the garbage disposal while it's running.
