What the Hell??
Product arrived in a box that had been previously opened. There is a piece of fabric stuck in there. White bobbin half used. Brown bobbin broken. The little item to help thread the needle is broken too. I am very disappointed.

it doesn’t work properly. I try to sew on different textures and it was a disaster. Very disappointed!
