Muscle building nutrients with energy
Are very good product. The size is perfect. You can put it in your backpack. Energy has a longevity once taken there is no mixability cuz it's already done. It's a gel form so you just rip it and sip it.. very good. Pre-workout doesn't give me jitters it has natural nutrients for my body to use for maximum workout ability. Frog fuel works
This is a excellent purchase. Taste good, no stomach irritation. Easy travel size pouch. All natural ingredients. It really gives me a energy boost during workouts without the jitters. It sustains for around 2 hrs or so. No mixing required. I definitely order again.

Leaks when traveling
I love the contents in this product and how it helps me perform. However, each time I’ve bought this and either have it in my back pocket during a run or a bike ride or I pack it in plastic bags no less individually for a race it always leaks. It’s beyond frustrating because I’ve had to continually rinse off the packages and let them dry. If it happened once I could understand maybe it was a fluke, but it happened several times.
