I needed a replacement hose for spraying my driveway each morning, and I was impressed with the reviews for this one. I got the 25ft hose and it is really compact and lightweight. But after several uses I realized the 50ft hose would better meet my needs. The XBUTY customer service department was super understanding and responsive, and had a new hose to me in no time. I love my longer hose and the spray nozzle. Everything works perfectly, and the service was great. Thank you!

I purchased this for our back deck. With the FIRST USE, the handle snapped away from the hose attachment and the hose went flying all over, with force, spraying everyone. My 6 year old was holding it at the time and I'm lucky that he didn't get hurt. What a waste of time and money!

This appears to be one of the strongest walled hoses I've encountered so far... seems like it will last a long time. I did run into an unusual break at the plastic connector after a few months, and even though the Amazon Return period had expired I contacted the Seller anyway. He *jumped* at the chance to make it right. He sent me a detailed email (with clear pix) on how to repair the hose and quickly sent me the little part needed. It was super-easy to fix (without tools) and worked perfectly. I would buy again from this vendor... his eagerness to please his customer was amazing.

Upgraded Anti-Leak System, MY REVIEW on AMAZON]Had good luck with 25-foot hose by same manufacturer. Bought 50-ft length for another location, and like it even better. 25-foot length for an area where need only a few feet of hose to water a few pots. Left part of old vinyl hose unrolled with kink; nighttime heard commotion outside, and in morning found rodents chewed into old hose where kinked to drink water. New hose easy to drain of water after turning off water supply. Also means can keep water from dripping into area where subterranean termites had been a problem. The stretch of the 50-foot hose is great; and it shrinks back, so easily drained and not needing much space. I like the nozzle for the 50-foot hose better than the nozzle that comes with the 25-foot hose.

I bought this to eventually replace one bought at a large box store when it shot craps. This is the third year for that one and I think that is pretty good. It finally popped last week and I got the new one out and hooked it up. The new one lasted for two uses uintil the connector broke and the thing went into the garbage. I don't mind replacing these things after a year or two but I think two uses is a bit much so avoid this one and save some bucks.

I've used this for a week so far WITH MY OWN SPRAYER since the sprayer which came with the item broke immediately. The front cap couldn't handle the pressure and started leaking. I tried fixing but this is an impossible task since it requires screwing in the cap without being able to hold on to the actual screw.I attached my own sprayer and the hose is working effectively for our small backyard. I make sure to drain the hose every time I finish using it.UPDATE: after one season, the plastic faster at the end of the hose cracked and is leaking water, spraying all over the place. This was a terrible purchase in all regards. Time to buy a new hose after less than one year of use.

This is one heavy duty hose and sprayer. It has good weight to it and seems to be very sturdy. The connections are metal and so are the main parts of the sprayer. I set this up today and it works well, has good pressure and no drips!Update 4-28-20: the hose itself still works well after using it 6 or so times but the sprayer is leaking out of almost every spot possible...below the top plastic pieces as well as the end of the handle where the rubber meets metal. I'm bummed because the quality of the sprayer seemed to be well-made. We will have to buy a new one.

I bought 4 of these hoses (two 25 ft and two 50 ft) this spring and started using them in mid June. I loved them for the first few weeks… then small leaks appeared which turned into huge leaks rendering 3 out of the 4 worthless! I was only able to return one for a refund because of the date purchased (early spring) and by the time I started using them in the summer it was past the return date. Poorly made product! Don’t waste your money on these!
