Turbo Lock coins their products as superior, yet I’m very disappointed that the latch stopped functioning with the key pad in less than one year. Now I have to deal with the hassle of replacing it. Customer service advised that I will need to send them the broken lock before they can replace it. This means I have to purchase an interim replacement lock. I would not recommend this product as it is not of the upper echelon in product quality.

I hope this helps some ppl bc I can to the reviews for the answer and found NOTHING lol. The installation was semi-easy; however, once installed, we couldn't get the door to lock from the outside. You can lock the door on the inside but when you turn the knob, from the outside, it would still unlock the door, even without a code. After reading the troubleshooting for "the door can be unlocked by using the outside knob without a key", we worked in reverse... if your door lock is on the right side of the entry, you shouldn't have to make any changes but if your door lock is on the left side, you have to make sure the latch pin is vertical, not horizontal, and the inside knob has to be horizontal instead of vertical. Opposite of troubleshoot directions.

Didn’t even last a month. Only used twice a day at most. Bought April 25, installed April 26. Today is May 26. The thumb lever snapped off!!! This is the 2nd one like this (same brand! - bought the 2nd one so it would match the rest that is already installed). The remote app for the lock does not keep it unlocked long enough to open the door - it’s like 2seconds. I deserve a refund. I bought this in good faith BUT it is a poor quality product!!!

I installed this door lock at the place where the garage enters the house. In the past, I didn't lock the door. It was convenient to enter the house from the garage. Usually, I only need to bring the garage remote control when I go out. But that was too insecure, so I tried this only door lock in the end. This door lock not only helps me to easily enter the house from the garage, but also protects the safety of my home. The installation of this door lock was a bit difficult at the beginning. I tried to install the door lock myself for the first time. Then I installed it step by step according to the video, and finally completed the entire installation procedure myself. worth it.

We bought this door handle bc we were getting a new door. I can't tell you how easy and wonderful it is to not have to use a key anymore to get in my house. I love it. I always forget something in the house when leaving and now all I have to do is enter a code, no key needed. But, a key is included and there is a key hole still, in case you decide to use it or forget your code.

The media could not be loaded.  Sturdy and nice looking product. My only negative is it requires a six digit code. Four digit code would have been more to my liking.

Easy to install

The overall quality and look is great! The instructions and trouble shooting tips could be better. Initially, our lock was not working, but after removing it, reconnecting one part controlling the deadbolt and following the instructions exactly, it works as it should. My advice, follow the instructions exactly!
