Good information
I bought this book for one of my college class. It has great information and all up to date. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't have page numbers in the book, so it was a little difficult when the instructor was calling out page number.

Worth buying it !!!!
It covers all the IP Voice for Cisco technologies. It is good to read for future CCVP or IP Telephony experts.I believe that this book combined with the IPT1 & IPT2 are the MUST READ books for VOIP and IP Telephony

Voice Over IP is outstanding.
Voice over IP is amasing, I wuold recomend it to every one that are taking the Voice over IP course.

Not a good book at all for starter's. I am basically interseted in routing switching and wanted to learn about voip. But this book didnt help to arouse any interest in voice.
