You have to be a bit more careful while shaving, it is quite massive in weight so you need to adjust. To change blades you must unscrew the handle from the head that is more psychological than anything in terms of annoyance. be careful handling the blades they are beautifully sharp! All in all I wish I had tried this sooner! My face looks better. Five stars for the price!

Was not expecting much from a razor this cheap and even then, it fell below my expectations. It claimed to be stainless steel, however the head definitely looked like the standard chrome plated zamark and was not machined well. The handle was heavy and had good balance, but when looking at the thread hole, there was a yellow tint to the threads and so I am suspecting that the handle also was not stainless steel. The grip area on the handle was not even, but it did not affect the use of the razor. If you are looking for a cheap razor handle, this one will satisfy that. If you are looking for something to shave daily with, spend more and get something better.

Judging this razor for what it is I'd have to say yes 5 stars are there in perfection to it yes but same time nothing so bad it doesn't preform as it is supposed to. it has a good feel and weight gives a very nice shave is comfortable and smooth. Best way to think of it is as a quality razor your getting at a discount due to a blemish or cosmetic flaw. But all in all I would say well worth the money and I will recommend it to anyone else on a budget or not.

This razor feels slightly heavier than the Merkur I am currently using. It feels like I have better control with the increase in weight. I have big hands and the handle length is perfect. The blades are a brand I haven't used before, so I think I'm going to purchase a sampler with many brands to check out the difference. The price cant be beat.

By unscrewing the head you can insert or remove the blade. This unit comes with 2 blades hight quality and even better from the on i got with my murker razor (Good blades are exceptionally sharp so always be careful) This unit comes with 2 blades,So my point is simple, when I compere the top 2 razor company's the Merkur Safety razor VS the Magnus Safety razor i would definitely buy the Magnus Safety Razor over the merkur razor Just because it feels expansive but its cheaper then Merkur Razors, so you get more for your money.

It used to be that, whenever I shaved, I would get really bad razor burn on my neck. I just kind of resigned myself to that fate until I took a chance on this guy. The difference is night and day and I'm very happy with the results. If you have sensitive skin, try this.

Terrific razor if not for one fatal flaw. The threaded section of the handle that the head screws onto is not long enough - so the threads barely catch the head to start with. After a few blade changes they have become worn just enough that the head will now no longer attach to the handle at all. Product is now completely useless.

Dropped it and it broke!!! Dropped 2 feet. Wth.
