Good product

I’m reviewing this now as I’m getting ready to recorder. After using it for months, I really love this product 100%. I froth it and drink it in my morning coffee. Mixes completely. Tastes great and has worked on my health issues even better than more expensive brands. I’m buying again and highly recommend.

First off, you get a ton for the money. I didn’t realize it was 200 servings and when the container came I was pleasantly surprised. Taste is as expected, not much to it. Color and texture was normal and it mixes easily. However, the problem I am having, which I’ve never had with other brands, is that this feels like a laxative. I need to plan the next 1-2 hours after consuming and then everything is fine. Not sure what it is that’s doing it, but worth noting.

I was using a MUCH more expensive brand of colostrum and i really liked it, although i didn't want to keep paying for it. I came across California Gold's version and for the price and servings its a steal. It may not be as high of quality as the much higher price brand but it totally works. Any aches and pains i have are gone, my digestion is so much better, my hair (including facial stubble) are really soft. At the price i take about 3 servings a day in my super greens shake. Its how i've started my day for the past 6 months.. and i don't see me changing that anytime soon.

I have been trying everything to help my dog with her allergies. I went through an entire bottle which lasts for about 2mos for a small dog dosage. It didn’t help at all. The second bottle seemed to cause her to have an upset stomach repeatedly, so I discontinued using it since it wasn’t helping anyways.

I'm concluding that to keep getting the benefits of colostrum I will need to keep taking it. So I'm experimenting a little. This brand is the least expensive and I've just taken my first dose. The taste is the same. It mixes the same. I'll give another report with my next order.New edit: I'm switching back to my previous, more expensive, colostrum, the Carnivore one. I didn't notice any benefits from taking the California one. But maybe Colostrum has ceased to be useful to me. TheExperiment goes on.

I take this everyday 2x what is the dosage. This product offers you a lot more for the money. You get a lot of doses for the buck.

I have intestinal permeability (leaky gut) via testing and was recommended colostrum by a clinic. I have a subscription to ConsumerLab which is invaluable if you use supplements because they test for heavy metals and test the products contain amounts they claim they do. This brand of colostrum was recommended by CL and far more economic than the heavily advertised brand. I make smoothies daily and simply add colostrum to the mix. I plan on retesting for permeability and inflammation in a few months.
