Box was damaged, some of the plastic was broken, the buttons and power port were not aligned so you couldn't plug it in or turn it on, the plastic things that direct the air were broken so each had to be done individually and it wasnt water tight so it leaked all over my desk.Much of this could be explained by terrible shipping but thats just speculation.

Fan is incredibly noisy even on low power mode. The water tank leaks from the drain plug and the filter became covered in mould within a week of use (I suggest using de-ionised water instead of tap water to prevent this for future reference). It does not seem easy to clean the filter unit and I don’t think it will be easy to get a replacement filter unit. I ended up getting a different usb fan which was a lot quieter even on full power and put a bottle of ice water behind it for cooler air.

I kinda like the blue light and the fact that you can regulate the fan speed. Other than that the cooler has been a disappointment. The filter got mouldy, really nasty - see photos, after 2 months from purchase. It is also not very good in a really hot weather because it makes the air humid.It is a simple device, moves the air but without ice cubes IT DOES NOT COOL the air in any way and honestly I would be much better off having spent that money on a desk fan. Luckily it did not cost a fortune, but still it is 20£ down the toilet in the end.

Very very very poor product. The build quality is awful, thin and plasticy. Filled with water only to have it absolutely pour out of the vents on the front and the fan at the back, completely unusable and bound to start a house fire.Should have guessed from the state of the packaging. Spelling mistakes and incoherent.Do yourself a favour and avoid this like the plague.

My room in West London - since I returned from holiday in Greece where I got used to the room AC - has been like living and attempting to sleep (and failing miserably) inside an oven. Checked all the reviews and the 50/50 mixed nature of this review intrigued me.Got it, put cold water inside, and in about 10 minutes my bedroom is nice and crisp and cool. Admittedly I need to see how it deals with cooking the room when it’s warm from the sun in daytime (which I’ll do tomorrow) but being honest this little thing is now a life saver. Even last night the room was too warm - I think it’s about 10 degrees cooler now. I might buy another for the other side of the room - Stereo surround portable AC! 🤜 only just got it, but I’d recommend it already.

Broken dosnt work load of rubbish don’t buy. Also amazon have taken two weeks now and still no refund don’t do it

Bought this due to positive reviews, but found it to be very week fan but did provide some cool air at night. However after one week the filer tuned black with mould. Don’t appear to have option of replacing the filter.Spend a little more and get something that works well and lasts

Absolute bargain left in room with all doors closed came back 30 minutes later and the air was so cool clean and fresh I couldn't believe the difference from such a small product. Highly recommended
