I bought this air cooler and noticed it wouldn’t work for me. I’ve returned weeks ago and haven’t received any notification or money back.Really disappointed in the service as I did the return in time and haven’t got a update on the process or my refund! Definitely consider ordering, because you might not have the product and lose the money!

It’s basically useless, you can put ice in the tray when it’s frozen but it’s practically impossible to get it out once melted without risking pouring water over the electronics.The fan is weak and restricted to blowing in a single direction.The timer is a nice feature, when it works.

Good air control difficulty in filling and the filters have gone moldy not good for those with bad chest

FAN RECEIVED IS NOT THE ONE ADVERTISED AND PICTURED.IT IS A CHEAPER LOWER SPEC ALTERNATIVE AND MANY BUYERS ARE EXPERIENCING THE SAME.

I put ice blocks inside and it worked great kept the room nice and cool. Nice for on the side of the pc blowing cool air.

Only had it a few days and you can't use the fan speed as it turns itself off

Does not look like what's in pictures and does not have any of the functions it states. Do not buy.

These coolers work by filling them with water, which is then absorbed by a paper matrix held within a cartridged, and blowing room air through the cartridge. It is blowing air which moisture in it, and it is the moisture which has the cooling effect. This is process is made much better if you add some ice cubes to the water container, or use pre-chilled water. I found that this worked very well, and kept me cool at night. I have another one of these types of devices and this one worked slightly better than the other one.
