Rosemary ground perfectly!
The ground rosemary came in a very sturdy resealable pouch. I poured some in my countertop glass jar and didn't see even one random twig. The reseable pouch went into the pantry. Have made a delightful pan sauce for a NY strip steak. Then again for a chicken recipe. Smells and tastes better than the McCormicks brand I bought at the store. Almost as good as fresh rosemary too with a lot less trouble. Highly recommend!

Lovely!
This spice adds such a nice bit of flavor to my sausage balls and no "sticks", as my husband used to call the rosemary I had been using which was not just ground leaves but stems/stalks or whatever. This packet was so plentiful I was able to share with a neighbor.

Easily blended spice
Use this powder in cooking and drinks. Add several powders for drinks (ginger, fennel, rosemary, lemon,) and cooking use with other spices. Adds addition flavor and some health benefits

Freshness
Arrived quickly. Ordering spices or food is always tricky as freshness is of great concern. Spices have a fairly long shelf life, so ordering in bulk okay, but freshness still counts. This package will indeed have a long shelf life. I mix all my own spice blends, and ground rosemary is difficult to find. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Fresh smell and taste
Fragrant smell and mellow taste, and it's definitely recognizable on my tongue. It doesn't overwhelm my tastebuds the way fresh and dried Rosemary leaves always do. It lingers for a while, but in a good way.It's a large quantity, so I put some in a small spice jar and then froze the rest to keep it fresh. I purchased it late March 2023 and it has a November 2024 best by date, but those dates are just suggestions and are not absolute. My experience is that freezing always extends shelf life by at least another year and usually much longer depending on the herb or spice. I'm very happy with it.

I love that this is available through Amazon. Ground rosemary is impossible to find in the grocery stores.
