I had been looking for some way to carry my Note 2 while I run without having to take the Otterbox off, which is a major undertaking. I use an app that does interval running (C25k) and I hate to hold my phone in my hand. I looked at many generic armbands and while most were much cheaper, I was afraid none would really fit the Note 2 and the Otterbox. I found this one by accident and when I read that it was designed for the Note with the Otterbox, i decided to give it a try. I am very glad I did. The Note and Otterbox fit very tightly into the case and does not move around as I run (a major issue with me). It also adds protection for the phone from sweat and moisture. I would not wear it in the rain as I don't think it was designed for that much water. The velcro strap also works very well and snugs up the phone on your arm as tight as you want it. I have also tried pushing the buttons on the phone through the cases plastic screen and while it takes a little more pressure, it is no problem. If you play music or are using a voice app for pacing as you run, you will have no problem. The sounds comes through just fine. I have been using this for 6 weeks and it shows very little sign of wear and is holding up very well. I would recommend this product for anyone with the Note 2 and Otterbox case. Yes, it does cost more then the generic running armband cases, but you get what you pay for and this was money very well spent.

I owned a Tuneband armband for my iPhone 5, and loved it. When I bought an iPhone 6, I dumbly bought another brand. Well, 9 months later I tossed that one out and bought the Tuneband again.Here's why:- the other armband ripped at the seams already. After 9 months! The tunebelt seams are holding strong.- the tunebelt fits my phone with its case on it. I have a fatter iPhone 6 case and didn't want to remove the case to slip it into the armband. The fit here is perfect. Not too loose, not too tight. Sometime I even slip my house key in the band too. Still works great.- the material is just stretchy enough that the fit in my arm is comfortable. The other band barely stretched so getting it on and off were annoying, and it often slipped off my arm when running. This one stays put and doesn't bounce when I run.- the little tab for earphone cord management is awesome. Really. I don't know how I lived without that.- the case fits in such a way that it's pretty water resistant. I've been in a couple of rainstorms and my phone stayed dry. I wouldn't want to be in a torrential downpour with it, but with a heathy rain, and a 10 min sprint home, my phone stayed dry.My only complaint is that the screen is somewhat hard to operate through the clear plastic front. I haven't seen anyone get this right yet, so the Tuneband isn't worse than other products. But if they solved that problem I'd be a customer for life.I use the band about 3-4x a week, mostly for running outside. It's doing about 15-20 miles a week so I'm putting it through the paces (pun intended). It's showing zero signs of wear and tear.Great product.

I bought this to run with my iPhone 6 and Pelican Protector case. The fit and finish are good. Comfort is good. The armband is just a bit too short for my liking. I'm not tiny, but I'm no Mr. Olympia either. It velcros securely, but I just wish there was a bit more to hang onto as I attach/detach it. As I wear armbands on my left arm, I don't like the direction the band "laces" - in order to tighten it, you pull away from your other arm, which is awkward. But once it's on, it stays put and is comfortable for the duration. The pocket is roomy. There's a little wiggle room once this phone/case combo goes in, but the phone stays put once the band is tightened. There are several slots along the bottom and a slit at the top, so no matter where the headphone jack is located on your phone, you should be able to make this work. Which means, this may be the last armband I ever buy (until it gets gross).

I have been using this armband for about a week. It easily holds my 6" phone with otterbox cover. Very easy to get phone in and out of armband. I'm not particularly dextrous so when I say it's easy, it's easy.So far the Velcro has held reliably while I walk. The armband feels secure on my upper arm. Getting the armband on and off is quick and easy.I can use the phone's touchscreen through the armband's transparent cover. If I'm outside I find I must take the phone out of the pocket to be able to see the screen, (the cover might add more glare in sunlight) but that may well be just my phone's auto adjust backlighting not working optimally.The armband is damp when I'm finished walking but I don't think this is a problem for me with the otterbox cover on my phone.The armband is very comfortable. I've never used one before but really, there was no adjustment period.I highly recommend this armband and that you use it consistently. I had purchased the armband but wasn't using it on my walks regularly yet when I almost got caught in in a sudden, dangerous storm without my phone. It didn't matter that I was only a few blocks from home, the storm was that bad. So I've become a dedicated armband wearer.

Decent quality. As advertised. Strap is barely big enough for my arm but fits the otterbox defender on the Galaxy S7 perfectly.

The description says this is useful for iPhone 8 and you can use the touch screen through it but you can’t really because you can’t use the home button on the phone whilst it is in the case which means you have to take it out which is a pain. Otherwise seems a nice case but I wouldn’t have purchased had I known this.
