Great puzzle, beautiful, fantastic

The HeYe puzzles are difficult , but fun to do

Love the puzzle but a little pricey.

The puzzle is fun and the pieces well-made. However we had a duplicate piece which means we were missing the correct piece. I contacted customer service and provided every little piece of information they needed EXCEPT a code number for manufacturing location which must have been on the cellophane wrapping the puzzle - which I of course had discarded prior to completing the puzzle. I was denied a replacement. I can see from reading other reviews that I'm not the only one. I just want to warn other customers to KEEP every square inch of weirdo wrapping and cellophane if you need customer service. I have no way of knowing if I would not have been denied if I had had the manufacturing code number - good luck!

This would be an excellent puzzle IF the company had better quality control. My copy came with four duplicate pieces and was missing a piece. I tried to contact their customer support and they were non-responsive.It really is too bad about the missing and extra pieces, because otherwise it would have been a very good puzzle. Good quality cardboard, interestingly shaped and well fitting pieces.
