This comprehensive book has a wide variety of recipes, very clear instructions, and lots of helpful information that makes menu planning easy (like indications of time required and complexity of meal, and appropriateness for those with dietary restrictions). It is also spiral bound so it's easy to open to the recipe you're following. I made two of the recipes today and they turned out beautifully!

Well done!!
I have not tried a single recipe that I did not like. I have to admit that I skipped some as I did not like all the ingredients. I use this daily, and have discovered a new and healthier way to eat! I would definitely recommend this cookbood to anyone who likes to cook and try new recipes. Having the nutritional breakdown of each recipe was a great added bonus as I am trying to eat healthier.

Cool book!!
Hi,All the recipes in this book are easy to make and the ones i have tried are delicious. This book only includes recipes for pressure cooking, and I am looking forward to the author's second book, which will use some of the other functions of this pot as well.There is a variety of delicious and instant recipes in this book.An ultimate instant pot cookbook to me cause there have all year round recipes in this book which is enough to test. It has many recipes and most of them are very useful for me.Its good book!Thanks.

Disappointed
The prettiest thing about this cookbook is the cover. Absolutely no color pictures & cheap paper. Sorry, the black & white photos aren’t too inspiring. In fairness, I have to add I bought 2 other Med cookbooks & they don’t have color photos either. I guess it’s not about quality anymore. There are several typos in the recipe titles. Is proofreading not a thing anymore either? Disappointing. A few of the recipes sound like they may be good, but overall I’m not impressed. Save your money.

So many delicious recipes!
Wow, there is so much information in this cookbook. I like the detailed recipes and the photos. There are not as many vegetarian meals as I would like, but several good options. The ratatouille, vegetarian paella, and orzo and eggplant casserole are standouts. Looking forward to trying more of the recipes.

Great recipes with photos for each
I just received this new cookbook and it’s clearly the best cookbook I have ever seen. It includes an extensibe amount of yummy recipes from various Mediterranean cultures. I didn’t find a single recipe that I wouldn’t love (or at least like a lot).

I can't believe I made a galette!
This gorgeous cookbook has recipes for exactly the food you want to have now - a little bit comforting, a little bit healthy, a lot delicious. I highly recommend the oven polenta with sausage ragu and have bookmarked many more recipes that I plan to make soon!

mediterranean dishes~
Easy recipes for people dipping a toe in, enough variety to keep a long time vegetarian engaged and trying out new recipes. Great cookbook overall

Black and white pics but food sounds delicious
Great ideas in here for salads and mains but no side dishes which will make mealtimes a bit different. Would've preferred colour pictures instead of little black and white ones but hopefully will help my family eat healthier and make better choices. Would've also been great to mention how the balance is used to help your overall health as from the blurb that's his focus and I was surprised nothing was included.
