Comfy Sacks 6 ft Memory Foam Bean Bag Chair, Slate Cords

I think that my product came with half the foam. The cover is so big it could hold 50 or 75% more foam. And then it would actually be a comfortable bean bag type chair. If I sit down on it I am not even 12 inches off the floor. The foam spreads out in the huge bag and does not offer anything comfortable to sit on. I am disappointed that it has positive reviews on Amazon and I feel misled.

The customer service at this company is amazing. All may emails were promptly returned the same say or following day. I did have a minor issue in the start, but they were able to accommodate and fix the issue right away and even sent me a free pillow for my troubles. If you are looking for a memory foam bean bag, you should buy from comfy sacks just based on customer service alone.Comfort: 4 starsHere is my product review of the bag, I’ll give it a conservative 4 star rating. It’s comfortable, but not as comfortable as I expected. It is really comfortable initially for a few hours, but then it gets slightly hard and you have to flip and fluff it. I don’t recommend this for elderly people as this bag is really heavy to turn and fluff. Don’t get me wrong I do like it; I just need to fluff it often. If you have room, I recommend the 6ft. The dimensions of my 6ft bag are actually slightly smaller. Fully fluffed its length is about 5’ 2” and height is 34” fully fluffed.Product Quality: 5 starsThe product is made very well. The foam is already pre-packed in its own liner, and the bags outer shell has two zippers. You zip it once when you come to the end, then you zip it in the opposite direction, it’s actually one zipper over another one. This helps with and makes it really strong. I love the corduroy fabric I ordered. It’s really thick, soft and durable. There was no bad smell from the foam.It is big, so make sure you have room. If you have enough space, get one size bigger. You do have to wait a few days for it to fully fluff.I love watching movies when I’m on my bean bag and love the feel of it. I love how you can mold it to your body. Overall I’m happy with the price, quality of the product. My dogs love it too, just remember, they may not want to get off, lol.

The cover AND insert are nothing like what is pictured. We thought we ordered the furry white one, however it is not very furry and is more of a thin super low-pile swirly circular pattern. Also, you better have hours to devote to breaking up foam chunks in order to get it to be semi-distinguishable as a bean bag that is smooth and not loaded with bumps and chunks and a great deal of loose fabric (hence, the extra foam we purchased). Lastly, I bought almost $50.00 worth of extra foam from Amazon to add to this since so many people complained that it didn't have enough foam, however when I went to add the additional foam, I discovered the zipper to the tan inner foam-containing bag is BROKEN! I have no way now to open the tan foam containing bag, therefore I am left with a less-than-filled bag AND the extra foam I bought, yet have absolutely no other use for this additional foam and can't add it which is a complete waste of my money. This was supposed to be one of several presents for my husband's sixtieth birthday to relax/watch Netflix in and our daughter picked it out and was so excited to give it to him. We are beyond disappointed. I tried calling several numbers at the Comfy Sack company number, but no matter which option I chose, I always got an answering machine telling me I could leave a message-even when I tried the business office number as a last resort. I am not a person who likes to leave negative reviews, however I think this is warranted. Also, I did extensive research and read endless reviews on various sites on various products similar to this prior to buying it and just couldn't justify the price (though we loved it!!) of purchasing a Lovesack even though their reviews were phenomenal. In hind sight, this may be the perfect example of you get what you pay for. Given the price of this six foot furry sack and shipping etcetera, we are quite put out as this bag is now too big to return or box up and we are stuck with it AND the extra container of foam still sitting in it's shipping box. :(

Flat flat flat. Just an oversized flat half filled sack of foam pieces. Uncomfortable and disappointing. especially for the amount of money spent. It's nothing at all like better known comparable products. I Unboxed and left to "fluff or expand" as directed but still no dice. I still haven't decided what I'm going to do with this large, heavy, half filled bean bag. It looks nothing like the picture. The only positive I see is the cord cover is well made.

Just got this and it is Awesome!! I hope it holds up but only time will tell.

The bean bag chair is very comfortable to lay or sit on. My husband and cats also love it. The first week or so that we had it, it was still expanding and so felt very lumpy to sit on even 7 days after the initial setup. Another day or two after that, though, and it became very comfortable. There are some larger pieces of memory foam which can be a little uncomfortable if they are positioned in certain ways. I'm thinking of opening the chair up and cutting those into smaller pieces, but so far I can move them a little to make them comfortable. After laying/sitting down for a couple of minutes, any lumpiness goes away anyway. The color of the chair is great, and I bought the micro suede specifically so the cats would be unable to get their claws into it and turn it into a scratching post. The amount of foam in the chair is perfect and fills it up just enough. Any more would make it difficult to reposition.

The only reason I do not give this product a higher rating is because it's just a little too soft for my liking. I feel like it needs more filling to support my body weight (I'm 129 lbs). However, my husband and children love it and often fall asleep laying on it due to being soooooo comfortable. My children also love jumping into it. We do have to tumble it often to get it to loosen back up again and puff up.
