Malfunctioned and locked our customers in. Finally happened to lady's room too!
We had to break the door down to let customers out of the bathroom because one of these locks malfunctioned and stuck in the locked position. The key would not turn nor the handle. This caused more damage to the door frame than the lock was worth! Do not buy.--UPDATE: The same thing finally happened to the lady's room also! You will spend more in repairs!
