All 5 heaters did not work
I had an electrician look at electrical heater through breaker and fried wires. We have purchased multiple and this happen to everyone of your heaters. We are a swimming pool company and install heaters all the time these are defective. I wouldn't leave a poor review except for the fact that we purchase months in advance for a job. Did not find out they didn't work until we installed which is 2 months past the return window.

Do not waste your money or time.
Product did not work from the moment it was hooked up. It was installed by a contractor. The instruction manual is difficult to understand as it is written by someone that English is a second language. Sent back and ordered a REAL coates heater and it works beautifully! This was and expensive imitation. Dont waste your time and especially your money!

This is the second time I've ordered this product, and both times they have sent me a defective item with dents (used). I'm returning this once again.

IT NEVER WORKED, DOES NOT EVEN STARTS, AND IT WAS INSTALLED BY LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM. NEED THIS INFO.
