I like this as a sunrise clock and also a bedside lamp. It is simple to use and does not have unnecessary features (I don’t need a radio). I like that I can adjust the length of the sunrise and sunset, and that the time display goes dark when the room is dark and the light is out. If I want to see the time during the night I can just tap the light and the time will flash on for a couple seconds. The only complaint I have is that the control buttons are not lit when the light is on, the time display is on, and the room is dark. I have to fumble on the display for the right buttons while trying not to wake up my sleeping partner.

Bottom line: I love this alarm clock and I hope the same is available if I ever need to buy another.PROS1- I found setting up the clock to be relatively easy and, more importantly, I found the instructions easy to remember. (One alarm clock I purchased and returned had ridiculous, Rube Goldberg-like, instructions and I was late to work many times due to the alarm not being set correctly.)2- The sounds available for the alarm are better than I have found elsewhere. (Though I do not know who thought goats would be good option?) I like their version of the standard alarm beep, the cafe din, and the birds.3- I love a 24-hour alarm clock; you never have to worry about accidentally setting the alarm for PM instead of AM. Very happy with this feature.4- I love (LOVE! ❤️) that the display shuts off completely when the room is dark.CONS1- It does feel and look cheaply made, but it serves its purpose.2- I do not like that the light does not shut-off once you turn off the alarm, you have to dim it manually. (Supposedly, the light is to turn off automatically after 90 minutes, but mine does not.)3- I would have liked to be able to program the sunset feature to begin every evening.

I love my body clock! I started using these about 8 years ago and they are magical. I feel better waking up with the "sunrise" and on days that I'm having a hard time or need a little extra I will go to sleep with the sunset. I don't use the noises or anything like that but I love my sunrise

I wanted a nice looking sunrise alarm clock but all of the ones I came across were network controlled by phone apps. I just wanted something simple that I could operate bed side without fiddling with a phone and all the simpler types had hit or miss reviews. This was a great compromise, though a little pricier than I originally intended. But it looks nice and is a good size, not too obtrusive, in my opinion. I love the red/orange light for bedtime when you're ready to turn the lights off but not quite ready for sleep. The only issue I have is the design of the control buttons. I sometimes have to grope around to find the button I'm looking for.

The clock is FINE. The white noise function doesn't work for sleeping - only as a wakeup noise? That eliminated 50% of it's use for me, but I kept it because it was nice to wake up with light, especially after daylight savings time ended. Well, exactly one year later the light cycles on and off constantly for some reason. It literally just started last week on November 2nd, lol. I had to unplug it after about 20 minutes of trying to figure out what was wrong with it. The light slowly dims down to off then pops on to 100% brightness, then slowly dims down to off, then pops up to 100% brightness - repeat forever until you unplug it. It's like it's possessed or something. No button or setting helps. Just unplugging it. I hate to add more digital waste to our landfills, but I guess that's where this is going. Definitely not worth the price for only 12 months of use.

I love this clock! The sunrise feature makes getting up before the sun (especially in winter months) so much easier! I purchased a cheaper sunrise clock but was not impressed. This one has the higher quality I was looking for. Very happy with this clock!

Works as advertised. I do like the several degrees of brightness. I also enjoy waking with sound and light. It feels a little light and I don’t know how long it will last...kind of has a cheap feel to it but that could just be a personal thing.-1 star: I wish the buttons for turning the alarm on versus the light on had some sort of illumination or coloring or even changing the placement. I frequently mess that all up when trying to do it by feel. For example, i will try to turn on the light in the middle of the night (it’s super low light is great for this) and hit the button next to it which turns the alarm off...and then I don’t have the alarm going off in the morning. 😑

Super cheap plastic. The buttons make a really loud noise because it’s such cheap plastic. And for the price point I’d expect it to Bluetooth to my phone with an app that can control it. Disappointed.
