Q: Would this external mic fit and work with a panasonic lumix dmc-fz1000 mark 1?

From what i can see in the manual, this camera has a 3,5mm jack connector, so then The MKE 400 will work. It fits in the flash shoe.

Q: Is it really normal the mke 200 working only one channel?

The MKE 200 is a mono Microphone, so there is only one channel. If your connector is stereo, this probably can be changed in device settings. Hope this helps.

Q: Will this work with a iPhone 12?

It has a 3.5 mm Jack supllied which goes into iPhones therefore it should work.
