Easy to take for me.

These capsules are rather large and the recommended dosage is 3 caps/day. I want to believe the potency is high quality however at 3 caps/day chances are slim. I do, however, appreciate its affordability, the claims of GF, SF, etc and have had a reduced amount of pain in my joints. That could be a result of many factors but hopefully it is a direct result of the glutathione. There’s no flavor to the pills so it’s pleasant to take. I just hope that it truly IS having a positive effect on my body.

Love this product. Helps with skin issues. I used to be bad at taking supplements. This one I never miss. I’ve seen results. I take 1000 mg. Works for me.

I began taking this two weeks ago, and I have nothing but good things to say. The capsules are small and easy to swallow; if you’re like me and need capsules for easier absorption, this is the one to buy. I’m starting to feel the effects of taking it daily, and I’m going to take it at night before a meal from now on. It seems to boost my energy up. Since I’m older, my body produces less of this. I have been doing skin lighting for 2 years now off and on. I was getting injections and buying expensive pills, now I just buy these. I'm not light light but they keep me pretty light with just 5 a day. I'll continue to buy with that price!
