The media could not be loaded.  I got this frame for a parent who is not great with tech. I haven't (neither has my parent) had to touch it since I set it up! After turning it on and downloading the OurPhoto app from the ios app store, I was able to pair it with the frame to add up to 9 pics wirelessly, over the internet so long as you have a connection from anywhere! It gives you 10gb to add to the frame wireless and it also accepts a USB for additional storage. I believe you can delete photos from the frame to get back to the 10gb, but it'll be a long time until I use it up. It seems to compress the pics really well, and there's no noticeable degradation when viewing it from up close. The screen is great and bright and you just have to go to the settings to enable the motion sensor, where you can set it from 15 seconds, 1 min and 5 mins to turn off if there's no motion. When there is motion, it turns on within a second and continues flipping through photos at the rate you selected. The viewing angle is very wide, as you can see in the video. Easy to use and no subscription fee unlike other frames! You can also email pics to the frame but the app seems easier for me. Already recommended to another friend who has older parents. Great for current times when you can't see your parents as often.

The media could not be loaded.  I was a bit skeptical as previous attempts to "computerize" grandmother were not very successful.She has iPad tablet and older photo frame, but both are not "manageable" - she keeps forgetting steps to read email, save attachment, look pictures locally, see weather, calendar, etc.This frame seems to hit the weak points.It is simplified tablet which is much easier to handle - you set it once and then grandmother gets pictures and videos automatically.Picture quality is excellent and 10in touch screen is very comfortable for weaker eyes comparing to even the biggest smart phone.Under the hood email processing, auto displaying pictures, clean navigation to look at weather or calendar.Plenty of built-in memory and expandable with memory card - total 16+32 GB!I hope it will last to bring instant and pain free enjoyment without endless "tech support calls" from family members!

This does what it says on the box! It’s a fairly high quality looking frame, with an Android OS in it (which they didn’t bother to customize in some places). A small percentage of pictures don’t come through as crisp as you’d think, but overall this is great. Rotatable, fairly intuitive, autoblurs fullscreen photos, options for music and video, tons of ways to upload. If you’re looking for something you can gift to people and then update remotely, this is it!

The picture frame was a gift for my mother in law who is in her late 80's. She loved the ability to see & scroll through the assortment of photos using the touch screen. Images are fairly sharp for a 1280 x 800 panel and the proximity sensor is a nice feature that turns the photos on when you are near by.The cons are the included instructions for emailing photos are a little confusing. Took me several attempts before figuring the exact nomenclature to transfer the photos. I recommend following the instructions on their web site which have better and more detailed examples on how to transfer your images. Overall, I do recommend this picture frame.

I wish I could give this frame zero stars. I had this frame for about a week and it stopped working. See the pictures included in this review. Also, this frame is not user friendly. Nowhere did I read that to transfer photos over WiFi , you can’t use an Apple product. There are work arounds, but the simplest way is not available to Apple users. The manual is written in such broken English that it is hardly understandable. This product was made in China (and has a Chinese email address that you must use) and you must register your email address on the app that you must download onto your phone. Everyone who will be sending you pictures must do the same. For me it raises red flags regarding privacy issues. But the frame doesn’t work anyway, so I don’t need to grapple with that problem. Amazon recommended this product. I won’t be relying on their recommendations anymore!

The media could not be loaded.  This product is great for a gift! We got one for my mom and she loves it! It’s really easy to use and set up. If you’re using the app, the photos are there almost instantly even over long distance. Videos of course take a bit longer to load, but not more than a few minutes. The picture quality is clear and it even works with gifs. The sound quality is good too. I think the best part is the user friendly interface though. All in all, a great product!

I really like how this frame can hold a lot of pictures, music, and even has a clock. It actually has a lot of features but my main purpose for purchasing this frame was to display all my pictures. The picture quality is good and I like how the frame could be placed up right or to the side. I had a little difficulty getting the pictures in the frame at first but once I got the hang of it it was easier, tech savvy people will probably have a much easier time. You have to download an app and put them in which was easier for me since I had a lot of pictures in my phone that I wanted to put in the frame. Definitely a good purchase and I would purchase one for a gift as well!

Worked great but after attempting to load more pictures I keep getting error messages. I have tried troubleshooting numerous times including resetting but nothing is working. I read it may be a memory problem. I do not have a USB or SD card but am using the internal memory. I want to fix the problem but am not sure what to do from here. I am unable to delete anything that has been already stored because it keeps freezing up! Very frustrating!
