Progress at last!
Larger and much better quality than expected. Have been using for a couple months and have made a small amount of progress, I can tell this will take me a while but hopefully it will be worth it to see the back of this embarrasing condition. It is a bit painful when first inserted but find within a minute or two the pain starts to fade, then just put the TV on and relax for half hour. Don't forget its there otherwise it will hurt when you stand up!

Only use in combination with gel/cream
I haven’t been sticking to the recommended twice a day as it’s tedious and you can’t move while using it. Use with a gel or cream or it’ll damage the skin after a few uses. Very slight progress but for this to work it’ll take much longer than the instructions say (2-3 weeks). If you’re committed to using it every day it could work as it didn’t take long for me to move up a notch, but since moving up a notch there has been no further progress.

Poor quality.
The fact that I was willing to pay £75 for this, should indicate that I don't mind paying for quality. As soon as I had removed this tool from the packaging, I noticed that one of the arms had a slightly different finish - it was 'duller' than the other one. The ratchet device was very loose and was flopping about. The pivot point, where the two arms join together, also had a lot of play, so much in fact that when the tool is closed, the heads did not line up properly! Considering that this is supposed to be a medical instrument, the quality is awful. Even if this had cost £7.50 instead of £75, I would still be returning it - and I would certainly NOT be putting it anywhere near my old fella!

Using this item
The problem I find with these is around the operating and locking into position. If you look at the item the locking mechanism is on the front side where the curved prong ends are. So no matter how much I tighten the screw at the back when you turn the item over to place the ends into your foreskin opening, the locking mechanism will not lock without assistance as it falls forward about 1mm ensuring the pin does not stay inside the locking teeth. The locking mechanism would be better situated on the rear of the stems to allow it to work when the item is turned downwards to fit inside the foreskin. I find it very hard to use and believe it will be better to get the stretching rings and try to use this item to open the foreskin to allow me to place a stretching ring inside instead of following their instructions which I find impossible to achieve with the locking mechanism in the current location they keep popping out and shutting even if you move slightly during the specified 15 minutes stretching period. I would not purchase again with the current design.

it works eventually .
If like me your skin is too tight it can make a difference but it can be very very painful to achieve any benefit . But I can now manage to pull my skin over the head of my penis for the first time without it bringing tears to my eyes .
