I have always used HP ink for my HP printer. It's getting more expensive. I do quite a bit of printing so it's starting to cost me significant money. I discovered Valuetoner Remanufactured Ink cartridges. They're at lease half the price of the HP ones. The quality is outstanding!! It prints very clear and crisp.There's no compromise here. I can't even tell the difference between the Valuetoner and the HP. It's that good!Happy printing!!

I ordered a three pack of Value toner ink and today my black ink had to be replaced so I opened the three pack two black and one multi of ink and my I pressed the ink level button and it was not registering as to having ink in the brand new ink cartridge, so I tested it two more times by taking out and re-inserting the ink cartridge and it's still doesn't seem to have any ink in the cartridge so I opened the second black ink cartridge pack and installed it and it showed the ink level as being full. So I go to my page of listed orders trying to get a replacement for this empty ink cartridge and it say's the return window for this order was closed on October 2, 2021. Now I can't help that my ink didn't run out before 10/02 and I don't appreciate being sold an empty ink cartridge when I paid for a full one. I'm not happy and I won't let this go until it's resolved.Pissed off customer.

I was excited with the purchase because of the price and other reviews but once installed everything seemed to be working but after maybe 20 prints my printer HP Envy 4502 kept displaying that the cartridges were faulty. I had to continue to open my printer and remove the ink and put it back in and sometimes it would work and mostly not

I received these almost a year ago, and I do use my printer every month, sometimes very little, sometimes a lot. I went to install the second black and the printer won't recognize it at all, locks up, no option to troubleshoot, no test print, nothing. I understand these are refurbished, so I've reached out to the seller as they say they have a 24 month warrantee per other comments. We'll see, but I'm disappointed I can't print something for a friend after I said I could and suddenly ran out of ink even through it showed 1/4 full still. I hate to admit though, I live in AZ and inkjet ink evaporates here WAY too quickly.

I have found my new place to buy printer ink. It was super easy to install and “trick” my HP printer into accepting it as a new HP cartridge. The quality is fantastic! I especially love the fact that you send your old cartridges back so they can recycle them. Bravo!

This product serves a great purpose. Working from home and the kids virtual learning had our printer constantly running out of ink. I was looking for a more affordable solution than the name brand. It works great and it’s easier on the pocketbook.

The reason this product earned 4 stars is only the black ink worked, not the color cartridge. This is my third time buying from this company. From now on, I will only buy the black ink. The ink also lasts a long time.

Ordered in June and used black cartidge maybe twice. Worked fine. I don't print a lot of things at home, so I just tried to use again in October, and blank ink doesn't work at all. Super frustrated. Of course return window is closed now. Do not buy from this seller.
