Dull and cheap looking - But excellent customer service - will try again
This company is excellent. I was initially unhappy with the necklace BUT after contacting the seller I received a new one which was perfect. They couldn't have made the process easier. Will definitely order from them again! It's rare these days to find BOTH great products and excellent customer service! Thank you! Original Review: The product was nothing like what was represented - dull and very poor quality. Customer service reached out to me and I appreciate their efforts to resolve this. Although unhappy with the original gem stone I do want to say that the setting is very nice and the write up of the stone which you get with a qr code is excellent. Due to very good customer service and the quality of the setting and documentation I will try again.

Comfort and perfect size
The black tourmaline necklace is so beautiful. It’s perfect in size it’s not to big and not to small. And it’s comfortable to have around your neck it doesn’t get in the way of anything. I would buy this again.

Very light purple but pretty
Pretty piece wish it was slightly darker purple..but came fast nice presentation..thank you

Pretty good quality for your buck
I’m a Sag so I ended up getting a sodalite to wear. The only complaint I have is the string it came on is very very long and not adjustable… also probably would’ve caught and snagged with what work I do. I ended up cutting it and using an old chain I hung onto for this type of instance. But for the price the wiring work is very complimentary and professional looking and the pointed sodalite stone is really beautiful.

Not returnable. Not a good gift item, embarrassing
It says return is eligible through January 31 everywhere except for when you go click on this to return it. Then it tells you it’s not returnable. the Quality is zero. The material is only half filled and one-sided. How can you possibly give this to anybody without them feeling insulted? Seller is just out to make a quick buck for the holidays I guess. Thanks for wasting my time and my $15.
