This really works and very easy toSet up. Was trying to find a way to improve and increase my stretches.I was sceptical at first but im very impressed as i quickly put this up in seconds and start my stretches and can really push myself and increase my leg stretches with this device.

Could do with more instruct or ideas on how to use it but other than that my daughter likes it

There is nothing that I disliked about this product its easy to use it does as it says it does. Its made of very strong material which is useful as when lifting and stretching your leg the material is very important so it lasts. Would recommend

This has been invaluable during lockdowns as was unable to see the physio, have been able to stretch like the physio would have done, so much so I really dont need to see him again. I am not a ballet dancer or gym bunny or a yoga expert, would 100% recommend this for anyone who needs to stretch as part of a physio process
