Everything is working out great so far! I've only been taking the supplement once per day for about a week now, and it is a little difficult to tell this early into my supplementation. However, my pumps have been insane, and my vascularity is nuts. I'm excited to see how my muscle growth is affected over the next month!Would definitely buy again, the price is unbeatable.

I suppose it works well for some people, but it's not for me -- either the dosage is too strong or I have some kind of sensitivity to the ingredients. Shortly after taking the two capsules, my face, neck, and various other parts of my body turned quite red and radiated heat for about an hour. I guess that means the active ingredients really do work, but I won't be taking it any more.

I got this to help me recover after hard workouts. I can't say enough about this product, it helps in my workouts and also seems to have helped in easing my soreness after working out, as well as after a very long day at work. An awesome products.

So far I have been taking it a few days. So far, so good. I've taken it on a few runs of 4 - 6 miles. My body felt good. The only thing i would have to say is.. there is a lot of loose particulates coating the inside of the bottle. This can mean loose capsules or whatever. I'd like to be able to drop two pills in my hand without having to wipe off all the white powder and/ or washing my hands.

Within 10 minutes of taking this product, I had a SEVERE reaction. First, I want to say that I have taken L-Arginine products in the past with no bad side effects. Also, I followed the instructions exactly (take 2 tablets 30 min before a meal). I took 2 tablets 30 mins before I planned to eat breakfast, and within 10 minutes my face started getting extremely hot, itchy, and beet red. Within a half hour, the skin on my arms and legs got red and itchy and I was extremely light headed and had to lie down. This increased in intensity for a good half hour before it started to stabilize and finally subside. It has now been 5 hours, and my face still feels like it has a bad sunburn. My arms and legs have subsided, but they are still itchy. I have to say, this reaction scared the CRAP out of me. I even called a neighbor over to stay with me and call 911 if it got worse (luckily it didn't). I am absolutely TERRIFIED to take any more of this product! It was clearly some kind of allergic reaction, but like I said, I have taken L-Arginine many times before with absolutely NO problem. I have no idea why this product is so different. I do not have any known severe allergies (other than bee stings and poison ivy). I just want to post this in the event to let people know they might want to take warning of this possibility. Also, I would love to hear from anyone that might have some insight into why this happened.

Hi,. Let me start by saying I have trained on and off for 23+ years and I am Very pleased I've only used this supplement for a FEW days and I can tell I feel this is working . How I know? Cuz I've used many supplements before all over the years and you get to develop this "knowing" of your body and I can tell this product Does work. Can't wait to see the results after a month.
