Highly recommend!
I paid $18 for this lovely set and now I see it's selling for $10! I'm not even sorry! I love this set SO much! The front light is nice and bright but it was just a bonus to the flashing tail-light, and I love them both! I loved them so much I offered to get my daughter a set but she declined, as she literally NEVER rides after dark. I do, and it makes me feel SO much safer to have a flashing light on my tail than just a reflector. Quite a few people in my area have been hit and killed lately (our street lights leave much to be desired) and my friends and family are always calling to make sure it wasn't me. This set has probably saved my life many times; cars can see me whereas they couldn't see others in the EXACT same places I usually ride.UPDATE: Sadly, I lost my tail-light recently due to not securing it properly to my new rear rack. Be sure to make sure it's secure before setting out! I scoured my entire trip on foot to find it but alas, he is gone. I'm sure it made some kid really happy to find it though!UPDATE: I love this set SO much! When I'm not using my bike I use this flashlight for EVERYTHING! Losing the tail-light was my fault for not securing it properly but I didn't have a rack when I ordered this one. I found another tail-light that I love that IS specifically made to fit racks here> https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B017YXXNUY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Okay but has limitaions to be clear on
Edit: Lost the rear flasher long ago due to flimsy construction. Main light has become unreliable sometimes turns off on it's own and likewise when set to flash it will either stop flashing or turn off.I have since gotten top quality light set and what a difference. These low end Chinese crap products are just not worth it, don't waste your money end of story. If you do most of your riding during the day commuting in traffic this might not be the light for you.The reason being the flashlight in blink mode cannot be seen from the sides during daylight (red part on end is solid aluminum), a feature many bike safety lights have including my other light that remains attached.A couple times when using it at night in certain lighting I had to put my hand in front to see if it was still on.In my opinion the pictures shown are borderline the red ring is just for looks? and could be mistaken as a functional part of the light (I know I did)It is not but if it were it would be a good feature.Sometimes that flashing light depending on what you are wearing and the available daylight and other conditions is all that catches a drivers eyes especially in intersections, I know that as a driver positively.During the night it probably is not so much of an issue but still with some of the drivers on the road you need all the edge you can getWhy did I buy this then, well actually I am not sure now.I do like that it is made of aluminum has a good solid feel that is a plus and it is fairly bright at night however the beam is a bit to spread out and diffused there is no way to narrow the beam depending on the situation, directly in front it decent enough in high power mode. With that the lights LED cover is plastic. The mounts are holding up however in my opinion the back one seems a bit lightweight given the amount of shocks and vibration it will have put on it only time will tell if it holds up, not sure of what type of plastic it is made of but seems fairly tough and flexibleThe tail light seems durable and functional enough and pretty bright day or night it also has either a rubber or silicon mating surface which should help make it weather resistant. I cannot confirm that as I have yet to use either in the rain yet but my guess is they would be fine. The headlamp has seals as well. The case it comes in is a nice touch to ship it in but will you ever use it again, My guess is most will not.Is it worth the price, probably not for most serious riders in serious conditions the lack of side visibility of the flasher and not being able to narrow the beam are both big limitations in my opinion as an all conditions rider. So is this the safest light available, No not really

Very bright bike lights, great value and great customer service
Very nice and functional bike lights. They are worth more than their price! The back light has 5 bright led, and it is quite visible from far. Easy to mount, you only need a phillips screw driver to assemble the mount and in a couple of minutes is up. The front light does no require tools: plug and play! The front torch has 3 settings: high, low and intermittent flashing. It is good enough to allow you to go around where there is no illumination and clearly see the road ahead of you. You will also be seen by cars fairly easily due to the high brightness. I used to have a couple of simple led lights bought from a store for a higher price: there is no comparison, this product is far superior.Had some issues with one of the screws that holds the front light, but I contacted the company, and Scott promptly understood and sent me a substitution part at no cost. I am very pleased with their customer service, big plus.

The Lights themselves are good and bright
The Lights themselves are good and bright. I like how the red taillight has different blinking options. 5 stars for luminosity. The plastic parts that connect to the bike are flimsy at best. i tried to screw the red tail light and the screw went right thru the plastic. I took the bike to the bike shop for a tune up and he made a passing comment "These lights are so old and have seen so much sun. The plastic is worthless around it. Time for you to buy new ones." - The lights were 2 weeks old and I keep the bike indoors 90% of the time. 1 star for durability.

Excellent Product at a Great Price
These 2 lights work as advertised. The red taillight has a variety of flashing sequences. I don't ride at night, but the headlight has the all important strobe like flashing mode that enables other riders on the trail to see me coming. This is also important when approaching joggers as they're usually listing to music on headphones. I had an initial problem with one of the two lights I purchased. James Scott at SafeCycler immediately put a new replacement light in the mail that same day. Great well-made product that's well worth the cost.

Bright and sturdy
I really like these lights I installed them on cruiser bikes. The trail we ride on is paved and has no lights it also leads out to the country so it gets really dark these where definitely bright enough to illuminate the path and they didn't bounce around and held where I needed it.
