My friend/roommate moved out a while back and left this tea and I fell in love. I finally ran out and started looking to buy it. Since it had the fancy metal container I went to tea shops and other places, with no luck. I finally thought to look on Amazon and I FOUND THIS!I’m very happy I did! It’s amazing. I love to make this in bulk to chill in the fridge, and then drinking in the morning with brown sugar and some milk! Makes for a delicious morning!Before buying I read through the reviews and understand the condition with the loose leaf labeling, but it’s the same as the other one I had and works deliciously. I just add it directly to the hot water. I have a mesh strainer that I use to filter it all out of the water, and it always comes out perfect.So happy I have this entry for when I need to restock!

It's called loose leaf, but it's more of a freeze dried pellet kind of presentation. Tastes good, but the look threw me off.

I own a coffee roastery and would give this tea 10 stars if I could! I have finally found a tea that is as bold and full-flavored as coffee. I love to switch from coffee on occasion, and grew to enjoy breakfast tea with cream and sugar during my time in England. This tea is outstanding! BTW - the tea I received was processed using the CTC method (crush, tear, curl), not the Orthodox method (rolled), so the particles appear granular, but are still tea leaves; just with increased surface area for better extraction and a bolder flavor!

My mom wanted a Scottish Breakfast Tea. We bought 2 kinds to try, and this one was by far the best! I even tried sneaking her the other one just to use it up, and I ended up having to make her a new cup of tea. Flavor is great. Wonderful with sugar and a splash of 1/2 & 1/2.

Wonderful tea. The tin is very cool! Very classy.

I had to buy a replacement gift locally because the tin arrived with a dent in it (and I only chose this tea for the tin!)

I bought this mostly for the can. Beautiful. I was expecting loose leaf but looks more like granules. The tea turned out to be wonderful.

So I ordered this on May 29 and they're saying Item is not eligible for return???!!!! I ordered LOOSE LEAF TEA but I received GRANULE TEA which does nothing but fall out of all my tea balls. I went back and read over the product description thinking I might have misread/overlooked something. Description does say LOOSE. LEAF. TEA. NOT GRANULE, NOT GROUND. Tin is nice, it does have the inner tight seal (which is a good thing as the domed lid would not keep moisture out). I guess I'll have to invest in a screen/net tea ball or some fillable tea "bags" to use this ground up stuff. NOT HAPPY! NOT WHAT I ORDERED! FIX YOUR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION OR SEND WHAT YOU'RE ADVERTISING YOUR PRODUCT IS!!! (Attached Picture: on the left is LOOSE LEAF TEA [what your product description said you were selling and what I thought I was ordering]; on the right is GRANULATED/GROUND UP TEA [which is what I received, which is NOT what I ordered!!! and now says I can't return!!!])
