NMN750 (750mg/serving, 30 Day Supply) NMN Supplements – The Ultimate Anti Aging Supplement - Pure NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) – High Quality NAD Booster, 90 Capsules, 250mg/capsule

I have purchased 3 different NMN products. It has come to my attention that NMN is a white crystalline product that tastes bitter and easily melts in saliva.The three products are vastly different. I have included a picture of the pills and the content:First is white crystalline product. Tastes bitter and melts easily as I have read.Second is tan and doesn't have much taste, is powdery and does not melt as easily as the first one.Third is Paragon and has multiple particles with tan powder. Does not have much taste.If other websites are correct about NMN, then I would not choose Paragon.

I did a review on a NMN 500 product on Dec. 26, 2019. At that time, there were complaints about the labeling because you needed to take two capsules to get 500mg as each capsule is 250mg. This seemed to confuse those people that don't bother to read the label on the back where all the information about this supplement is commonly displayed; indicating there is 2 capsules per serving. Perhaps, it was confusing that at 2 capsules a day the 90 capsules in each bottle would last 45 days instead of the typical 30 days.What I found confusing is why people were complaining about getting 50% more servings for less than other brands. More recently, to address these labeling concerns, a new purple label was introduced with the same product in the bottle. This label says NMN 750 and the serving size was increased to 3 capsules, which would mean the bottle would last 30 days. This suits me as I was already taking three capsules per serving.More importantly, I'm still using this brand of NMN 5 months later. I usually take the supplement not long after waking and in addition, I am taking 300mg of Nicotinamide Riboside (also referred toto as NR or Niagen) in the evening before. going to sleep. Both supplements are converted into NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) but, how fast this chemical conversion happens in your body differs. I understand NMN can be converted to NAD+ quicker than NR and this influenced my choice of when to take the supplements.NAD+ is important as a critical coenzyme used in every cell in your body, and it’s involved in hundreds of metabolic processes. NAD+ helps turn nutrients into energy and it works as a helper molecule for proteins that regulate other cellular functions. Some scientists are beginning to consider age is a disease. Specifically in this context, as you age your body makes less NAD+ and this may increase your susceptibility to a variety of age-related diseases. Keeping these metabolic processes working is important in fighting depilating illnesses.Simply put taking NR or NMN helps keep your NAD+ levels higher as you age. It may have other benefits but, this is why I take an NMN and/or NR supplement daily.

Quality product at a great price.

I use Nmn because it keeps the brain fog at bay. I prefer taking 1 gram a day, but this 750mg seems to be okay for now.

I had taken a different one.. I have David Sinclair book.. 1 gram of 1000. of NMN.. and 1 1000 Resveratrol . And Metformin. 1000. I gram. Which is a script. And eat only two meals a day and workout. But he will not endorse a company yet.. I did hear him say the true Resveratrol is pure white.: I am looking for that. Mine is more brownish.. not happy about that..
