I was a bit reluctant to buy this headrest at first, mainly for three reasons:1) At the time of my purchase, this product barely has any reviews, so i had no idea if it will actually be good or not.2) My Herman Miller Aeron is a B size, and I couldn't find any information neither here or on the seller's website regarding compatibility with different Aeron chair sizes.3) The rather expensive price, this headrest alone costs more than some office chairs.Nevertheless after doing some research I decided to go with it and see how it goes, and thankfully it was great!I'll try addressing several aspects of the headrest in hopes of making this review useful to any potential buyers:A) Packaging:The headrest came dissembled in a simple cardboard box, all the items inside were separated and individually wrapped in sealed plastic bags, in addition to some padding foam inside. Overall it was very well packed and arrived in mint condition, however I should note that it needed a bit of wiping with a wet cloth once i took it from the packaging.B) Build quality and Finish:The headrest is very solid and feels robust, it genuinely feels OEM (even though its not), whilst doing my research before buying this specific model, I was also looking at the "Engineered Now" headrest which several people noted it making a creaking noise whenever you lean back on it, thankfully I didn't notice any such sounds from this one.As for the color, its an exact match with my Aeron chair, and the mesh looks and feels almost the same as the one in the chair itself. Although I would like to note that its slightly harder/stiffer than the mesh in the chair, not sure if it would soften up with time though, i guess time will tell.C) Adjustability:Very easy to adjust and lock in position, once set it doesn't move which is great. It also fits my B size chair perfectly, and looking at the mechanism it seems like it fits all three sizes of the Aeron chair without any issues.Conclusion:This headrest really completes the Herman Miller Aeron chair, especially if you sit on your desk for extended periods I think its a worthy investment.

I am writing this review for anybody who is on the fence. The point of is the review is that I love this headrest, you can even adjusted just right to where you can still move it back and forth while sitting down, which I do not think any review mention. Now as somebody who uses a headset and has multiple monitors this headrest makes it very difficult to completely turn my head with my headphones but this were the adjustment comes in my solution was no adjust down it closer to my neck. Hope this helps. Outside of the is a great product and matches perfectly with the Aeron chair, and instructions are clear as well as all tools being provided.

It brought a new level of comfort while spending 10+ hours a day sitting down. It fit to chair as advertised. Looks like it’s part of the chair. The price seemed a bit high but it looks and feels like a quality product. After using it for 3 weeks, I would pay for it again. It is an investment, just like the Aeron chair was. I’m an architect that’s spends a lot of hours seating in front a computer drawing.

This is a great addition for the aeron chair (I think the chair should have had a headrest like this). It is adjustable up/down, and you can adjust how far it pushes forward. The mesh is very comfortable to rest one's head against.My issues with the headrest is that it "can" move from where you set it. The locking screws/mechanism for both adjustment spots will move at times. This is a problem because setting the headrest isn't the easiest when sitting in the chair.

Takes less than a minute to install. Material quality, fit, finish is exactly like my classic Aeron. I was surprised by how much this add-on makes sitting for longer periods more comfortable.

This worked great. I had the other head rest (cant remember what its called), but i like this one more because you can adjust the depth. The clamps can be stronger, i do have to tighten them now and then. Overall its really good. The dark color option matched fine with my aeron classic black.

The mesh pattern and color doesn't match the original aeron and you have to adjust it really tight to prevent it from moving. But great material.

Exceptional build quality; truly complimentary of the Aeron. The headrest retains its position despite the weight pressures of one's head - I've observed no visible deviation from its initially-fixed position over the first week of use. Great compatibility with large headsets (e.g., HD800S) too, you can comfortably rest your head against the mesh without worrying about scuffing your headphones on the headrest. The only gripe with this product is that the mesh material appears to have a different texture over the chair mesh itself. This can be felt when running one's fingers over each surface and comparing. However, visually, they are identical as far I can tell.Excellent product - highly recommended - this is the Aeron headrest to get.

These are very expensive as you can get very decent ergo chairs for the price and delivery.However, if you already have an Aeron chair and need to have a headrest then I think these are worth it and they really do look like a Herman Miller product. It matches the chair perfectly aesthetically with excellent build quality.Recommended
